   Took my toddler to get his feet measured last week. Spent about a minute trying to measure and then told me the wrong size. Not a great selection of shoes either so glad we didn’t buy from there. Went to Stepping Stones this morning and the difference in service was night and day

   Shocking customer service ! Couldn’t decide between a pair of Skechers or Clarks trainers. Went into this shop in union square and asked for my size. Assistant came back with a size larger because they didn’t have my size. She just popped the box beside me and walked off! Didn’t take the shoes out or remove the packing. Three assistants were chatting at the till, no other people in the store. I tried them on but they were too big. I popped my own shoes back on and put the Clarks shoes back in the box. They stood there and watched me walk out the shop. No attempt to find me anything else or make contact with me. I spent my money in Sketchers where the assistant couldn’t have been more helpful, even pointing me in the direction of extra discount. Clarks will not be in Union Square much longer if this is the service they are giving their customers! It’s just not only online that are putting some of these stores out of business!

   Disappointed with my last purchase and after sales support I have received. Bought some trainers for my daughter which she wore for a week (just general wear for a 4 year old). The fabric canvas on the shoe seems to absorb all dirt like a sponge and no matter how much I try to clean them they remain brown. The fabric on the strap is also starting to flake already. Really disappointed in the durability of fairly expensive kids shoes from Clark’s, I have had much better for a lot less. Contacted customer services who didn’t seem interested in trying to resolve anything so this experience will make me consider any future purchases from Clark’s.

   Served by Polly who made it her mission, whilst simultaneously serving another couple of people, to get me the perfect shoe. She was utterly brilliant. I explained what I wanted, she made suggestions, found a shoe I liked in the sale, didn’t like the colour. She found another colour for me then went through various sizes and widths to make sure they were the perfect fit. Cost almost twice what wa in the sale but they are perfect. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, willingness to help everyone, even when interrupted mid sentence by someone else - in my opinion you should be very proud to have her as a member of staff she is an excellent salesperson. Also, the shoes are really comfortable and just what I wanted. Thanks.

   the person in charge is unacceptable. bad behavior. thieves if you take something and go to change it they don't admit the mistake

   Staff helpful but perhaps a bit thin on the ground. Not much stock and you have to buy shoes, if not in stock, to try them on, then reclaim your money if they don't fit.

   I went yesterday day to buy a shoe. There were fewer collections but I found one shoe a great fit for me. The staff was friendly and very patient. They tried their best to find me the best size as I told them I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis. The shoe is very comfy and soft though the price is a little bit high. However, It is alright.
