   Had a very good experience visiting the shop today and was served by a lovely knowledgable lady who helped serve my dad . Whom has Dementia . She was very patient and made my dad feel at ease. This made shopping experience with my dad an enjoyable experience as she had us laughing all the way through the transaction Thank you to the lady whom served my dad he went away with a smile on his face and a pair of shoes he liked. Will be back again for his next pair once again the lady staff member is a credit to your shop . Sorry never caught her name x

   Lost a sale 12 noon today! Saw a pair of £135 shoes in the window. Walked in and ignored by assistant who was too busy chatting to her friend Walked out and bought shoes elsewhere!

   Would be great, but found the staff rude. not accommodating at all. very discriminating if you have more then one child. we were going to buy 3 of our kids shoes. 2 year old twins and a 4 year old and we were not allowed to both be there. anyone who has ONE 2year old knows how hard it is to dress them and keep them “in check” well imagine that with 2 of them . will never be back. it’s twice we had horrific experience at the aberdeen store. Highly recommend Dance fit or Rainbow dance instead .

   I have visited this shop on four occasions as they do seem to stock some quality footwear but everytime I have been there I have failed to get served as they are more intent on trying to sell ballet shoes and the like to children so after my fourth time of trying to purchase two pairs of shoes I took my custom elsewhere. Shame as one pair of shoes I could not find anywhere else but I wasn't about to waste my time anymore.
