very poor customer services we brought a dryer this year that keeps tripping electric called in and was told a engineer was coming out Saturday then they cancelled last minute reschedule for today Wednesday and just had another call that its been cancelled again due to not having the right parts but how would they know what parts to have when no one has never looked at the dryer

We spend £5000 for a steam oven that never worked, after 2 years Miele sent us a replacement unit that was completely damaged, looked like second hand or refurbished unit. Please bear in mind if you plan to buy Miele appliances in London.

We bought a Miele freezer 11 months ago. The freezer keeps rising to -9C and the alarm goes off. Rang the overseas call centre who tried to help. The next day a technician by video said the door seal and ventilation are ok. The manual says it is a fault. The technician did not offer a service visit but told us to manually defrost the freezer and do this at least once a year. She was blaming us. The manual says the freezer automatically defrosts. Rang for service and were offered a 12 day wait. They seem oblivious to the loss of food we already have as food defrosts. Would never touch Miele again.

Ordered a freezer from this company. Would have to say the whole experience was a farce. They use a delivery company called ArrowXL which failed delivery twice. 3 days between the 2 attempts as they need to book it back in their depot first which is crazy. After 2nd attempt we cancelled the order, was told we should receive the refund in 5 to 7 working days. Several phone calls and emails later we had an email just over 2 weeks having been told this saying my refund would be in my account in 5 to 7 working days. Actually in my account this morning nearly 6 weeks after the original order. Not at all happy as we were really low on money all that time having to order another freezer from elsewhere. If any of you are looking I would suggest ordering a Bosch from John Lewis. Currently offered with an included 5 year guarantee and a very pleasant delivery service. Personally I will never use Miele again.

I visited the Miele Experience Centre in Abingdon and was told to call someone specific about my induction hob issues. Customer Services had no idea who this person was. After taking my details, they put me on hold—then cut me off and never called back. The same thing happened again, having spent almost 30 mins on the phone. Eventually, because I asked beforehand, someone called back and said a technician would get in touch, but no one ever did. I also submitted feedback and sent an email—no reply to either. This is not the first time I’ve had a poor experience with Miele’s Customer Service. For a premium brand, their service is completely unprofessional. Amazon does a far better job.

Miele offers high-quality home appliances, but the service quality is inconsistent. Beware of a customer service representative named Jenny—on the scheduled delivery day, she informed me that the washing machine I had already reserved was out of stock and needed to be rescheduled. When the delivery finally arrived, the couriers said there was no installation or disposal service, despite prior agreements. Miele’s customer service is largely indifferent, and the management is even more shameless.

Been trying to get an engineer out since the beginning of January, Miele have called 5 times to rearrange with various different excuses as to why they cannot attend. I must be fated as the past two times it’s been the same driver with a van breaking down

Bought 10k worth of equipment and when it was time to install, I had missing accessories and misaligned fridge/freezer doors. I was in calls for over an hour and they kept passing me from 1 person to the other, putting me on hold and then suddenly getting disconnected...

Let me tell you about the Meile experience. Waiting weeks for a repair to have an incompetent technician unable to fix the appliance as he claims he couldn’t remove it from the unit. Employee a handy man to remove it , taking all of 5 mins , in time for the next service engineer visit 10 days later . Last minute engineer decides to throw a sickie Friday afternoon aka get home early . So we are stuck with the appliance in the middle of the kitchen floor . Next available date for an engineer 10 more days . So no dishwasher for 1 month . That’s the Meile experience !
