   Adele is a supportive and caring yoga teacher who truly values each and every one of her students. The studio is warm, welcoming, private, and offers a safe and calming environment to work and relax in. After each class, you will leave feeling better than when you arrived and looking forward to the next class! Having had the pleasure to also teach classes for Adele, I can highly recommend Adele and the studio from a professional perspective too.

   I have attended many yoga sessions with Adele and really enjoyed them. The full moon sessions are fab and love attending Oakmead. Such a lovely chilled studio. Adele makes you feel at ease and also offers treatments too. Would 100% recommend Adele for yoga and treatments.

   Oakmead is just gorgeous. As soon as you walk in you can just feel such a welcoming, uplifting energy. I have attended several of Adele's day retreats and they are always so transformative, eye-opening and just change your state of being and well as your state of mind. I've also had a hot stone massage from Sarah at The Sanctuary treatment room which was amazing. Oh, and the pool and the grounds are beautiful too! I can't wait to go again! x

   Adele is amazingly warm and friendly and a great communicator. I have just started the beginners yoga and having never done yoga before I have already found it so beneficial and can't wait to come back every Wednesday evening. Loved first session so much so, I came back for an extra yin yoga class which was great. The facilities are lovely and very warm - the underfloor heating was a very good decision! Well done Adele and team you have a really lovely place and would definitely recommend anyone to take a visit to one of Adele's classes and see what all the fuss is about :) Mia x
