Great coffee. But their aircon definitely needs some attention. It looks filthy and has a mould build up.
Even though it was busy I was served quickly in the queue. Dogs are allowed in so that's always a bonus as I had one of mine with me. Latte made quickly and was perfect. My dog loved her puppicino too. Cakes and pastries looked amazing but it was only a coffee stop after visiting the vet today.
Exceptional service. Very friendly staff. The coffee was brewed to perfection. The tea, nice and strong. We each had a toasted sandwich and both were very tasty. The serving area is spotlessly clean and well-presented. The shop is spacious and inviting. The atmosphere, relaxed. The toilets are clean and well-appointed. Very impressed. Will definitely return.
A pleasant change from what it was about three years ago! The quality and cleanliness have improved and baristas are helpful, fast and efficient. Having said that the outside tables are left uncleared for a long time and that is let down.

went today after work brought a coffee served by rude staff not even a thankyou talk about customer service!
Would have given 0 stars if I could. Normally a half decent Costa. But today was awful. Spend a fortune getting it delivered as not able to leave the house and it came literally tasting like they have mixed mud with water. Whoever is making the coffee's today obviously dosent know what they're doing!
As always no matter which Costa we go to its always the best coffee made with care and full attention to maintain high standard. But this Costa has slightly disappointed me. The coffee was ok and staffs are helpful and friendly. Almost half of lights were off and the ambience suffered as a result. The toilets were littered on the floor and did not smell neutral.
