I ask for decaf tea with semi skimmed milk. They grab the whole milk, I remind them “semi skimmed” you get an eye roll, and like, it’s an inconvenience to open a new carton! On boarding the train, they’ve given me non decaf tea, - I can’t drink it! I’ve had to throw it away. This would be bad if it was an isolated incident, but I have them the benefit of the doubt, and the second time, they gave me whole milk, and it made me sick! I don’t know if it’s lack of training or language barriers, but I’d urge anyone with dietary restrictions to double check their drinks! It’s a shame, because the food is always good.

I asked for a Semi Skimmed Latte this morning, was given my coffee, paid and got on train. The woman knowingly gave me whole milk. Shame on her, I had to throw it away. Be honest in future.
