    Normally I just get a "to go", but as in no rush I decided to stay and drink from a proper large cup of cappuccino and a cinnamon bun. Staff were both very friendly and tables were clean. Tasty way to spend 30 minutes.

    Consistently unable to have Click & Collect drinks ready, despite leaving increasingly larger amounts of time - with poor excuses such as system problems, or didn't notice. Never an appreciation for the fact I am the customer and today, after informing the employee this is a consistent problem, she told me i would never be served in the store for complaining about the poor service. Sad that one individual tarnishes a good brand. No such issues at the ascot and binfield stores who are fantastic. Will never visit again

    A nice location in the centre of town’s main square. Helpful staff, good service and drinks well served. Unfortunately it makes it an unwelcome place with front door glass shattered, dirty and soiled entrance carpet and dull furniture.

    We placed a Deliveroo order from here yesterday, most of it didn't arrive.. we just got 2 iced coffees that weren't very nice and ended up costing nearly £15 each!! Deliveroo wouldn't help of course, the phone number they give for Costa just rings forever and the phone number on here comes up as invalid. No other way to contact the store. Absolutely furious, definitely don't recommend.
