   I always enjoy Costa Coffee. The staff were very pleasant. They pointed out the muffins were half price. As I have trouble walking they brought the drinks and food to our table. They went the extra mile.

   Good staff and drinks, would be better if it had another freezer for food options. There are better cafe's around (in Wokingham) and Costa's (Winnersh) but it's probably my favourite of the local - supermarket based - chain cafes for use when you're already shopping / using the car wash.

   Quite dark inside. I sat outside as I had my dog with me. As with all coffee shops it takes some time from placing your order to actually getting your coffee.

   Firstly they were very reluctant to take the cash I was holding in my hand. Asking at least 4 times for a card. Then offering a plate for me to put the cash on. I reluctantly paid with my card noting that the tips bowl full of coins was there. So they don't mind cash that much I thought! Then they served my coffee without gloves, and making sure they touched every surface of the cup and the lid! Oh the irony!!

   The service has got very poor recently. I waited for 15 minutes plus on my last two visits to get a cup of coffee. I don’t understand why, during busy periods, they don’t have two people making the drinks - the core purpose of a ‘coffee shop’. They should have an express line for people who just want to get a coffee, pay and go, instead of messing around with the many other items available, being asked about other coffee blends etc.
