My wife, daughter and I had to leave last night as we had a puppy with us. We were told the 'owner' does not allow dogs. Our puppy is 8 weeks so would not have been wandering around and would have stayed in her carry-bag. I see from the reviews others customers have had similar dog issues at Brown Bag's Wokingham branch. Unfortunately, this is not the first bad experience I've had here. Some time back I struggled with the door trying to get a buggy in whilst two members of staff watched on, offering no assistance. I will not be back and urge their customers to try some of the better Coffee shops Wokingham has to offer (hint: there are plenty).

I went for the first time today. I was abit nervous but everyone was recommending this place. So i finally went. The staff are extremely friendly and even their customers are extremely polite! It makes the food taste even better!

The best coffee shop in Wokingham. Nice pastries which are clearly made from quality butter and not too heavy. Tasty coffee and, it’s a small thing but, love the way they give you your cappuccino with a little plate and spoon. It’s always very busy though, so the staff look rushed!

I've visited this shop more than 5 times before. It was disappointed on this time. I ordered a cup of latte but the milk foam was too thick as much as a cappuccino. But the strawburry smoothie was delicious.

Lovely calm café. Food is a good quality and drinks are fantastic! (Best hot chocolate I've had in quite a while!) Love the calm atmosphere and quick, friendly staff. Nice way to start or end the day with a drink to wind down.

A bit slow on a greeting and saying hello but young lady serving was very nice when she got to us. The star of the show was the Barista though who was extremely skilled in her craft. By far the best coffee I've had in a long time - I had a soya mocha and many coffee shops aren't competent at frothing the milk well as it has a lower fat content than dairy milk. This lady was ace and the milk was silky perfection. The hot chocolate for my friend was also perfect she said (with a choice of generous chocolate powder on top or sprinkles like mine), and the latte for my brother had a nice design on the top. I loved the crockery too but then I'm a nerd about things like that! Highly recommended and a friendly cheerful manager who was helping with tables and laughing with his staff.

Great cafe. Perfect location for Everyman cinema. Terry food, good beverages selection and friendly staff. Very close to the Carnival pool too.
