I’ve always enjoyed shopping at The Range and have found it to be a great place for variety and value, but unfortunately, my recent visit left me feeling very disappointed. I was treated rudely by a young female member of staff, which really soured the entire experience. I was simply asking a question regarding the location of an item, and her response was dismissive and unhelpful. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this behavior was uncalled for and really out of character compared to the usual friendly and helpful service I’ve come to expect here. I did not get her name, but I am incredibly disappointed. I hope this is something that can be addressed, as I’ve always had great experiences in the past, and I’d like to continue shopping at The Range.

I recently visited The Range and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding customer service. From the moment I entered, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the products. They took the time to assist me in finding exactly what I needed, offering helpful suggestions without being pushy. The store itself was well-organized, clean, and stocked with a wide variety of high-quality items. I was particularly impressed with the homeware section, which had a great selection of stylish and affordable pieces. What stood out the most was the staff's genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive shopping experience, making me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend The Range to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional service. It's rare to find such a dedicated and customer-focused team, and I will certainly be returning for all my future home and garden needs.

This place is very popular and always buzzing. Car parking is mostly full esp weekends, maybe need some extra spaces due to its popularity. The Range store has a wide range of items, with reasonable pricing and multiple options to choose from.

Lots of different things to choose form but they are often not priced up which is a shame. The checkout queues can be disappointing. The staff are happy to help and there is free limited parking. Returning to the store after a year or so, still many of the items are missing prices or stacked in the wrong place to give a misleading price. Still disappointed with what has the potential to be a great place to shop. Update, not much has changed. Items still don't have prices on which is very disappointing. But on a positive note there is an Iceland shop actually inside the range store. Iceland actually do price their stock correctly, which is a refreshing change to the range

Though I generally have an okay experience here and they do have some nice pieces of homeware including, bedding, cushions, lighting, kitchenware, garden store, craft items and now an additional Iceland section over 2 floors, I do find a few annoyances. Firstly it often feels understaffed on the tills and there are so many items without pricing tags or shelf labelling it can be infuriating not knowing the cost until you reach the till. I would use the website to price check whilst there, but this slow and awful and to be honest I shouldn't have to. It's a shame, it makes for a quite average shopping experience when it could be better

Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but can usually find somewhere. A big Range store, has lots of thier usual products, good selection of wall art and the Christmas displays are always good. Cafe is a reasonable price too for reasonable food

This is a brilliant place with friendly helpful staff. Absolutely loaded with just about everything you need from electricals to art and craft supplies. Whatever you need - look in here first. If you don't know what you need, chances are you'll find something you like and won't leave empty handed!

  3. Andre Walker ★★★☆☆

Prices missing on some items, have to keep taking items to the till to find the price. Some walk ways tight for wheelchair access other walk ways are slightly wider. Large amount of stock still on wooden pallets awaiting for staff to place on shelves. Single lift to second floor very Small for wheelchair access ( view photo 2.11.20). Only toilets on second floor not made for access of wheelchairs(view photo 2.11.20). Disabled parking outside main entrance, which is a single sliding glass door. Once inside entrance there is a large amount of seasonal stock items crowded around entrance location. Information update 21.06.21. The cafe on the second floor is open. Also hot food and drinks are available outside the Range across the car park at three other catering outlets. Iceland is moving in the craft area on 23 July 2021, the craft stock has been move to the top floor where the children toys once were.
