   Jenny and Paulina, who introduced themselves as the ‘section managers’ were in my experience absolutely useless and unhelpful during my visit. I purchased a coat and attempted to return it the very next day because it didn’t fit properly. The coat had not been worn at all and was in the exact same condition as when I bought it, with receipt yet they still refused the return, claiming it “smelled like fragrance.” From my perspective, this was extremely frustrating and felt like an excuse to avoid honoring the return policy. Shoppers should be cautious when buying here, very poor customer service! #Tkmaxxhedgeend #Tkmaxx

   Nice variety of things very narrow aisles trolley just about fits. Store is clean. Staff look miserable I will stick to the one in the city centre friendly and welcoming staff !

   Fabulous T K Max with Home Sense next door. The store was busy but all checkouts were open so the queue moved quickly. Great range of products, particularly at Christmas time. Customer toilets at the back of the store is an added bonus.

   Such a good store to shop in! My favourite shopping place till yesterday. Large selection of different products, good offers and the store is just huge. I came for shopping and I saw such a big RAT (!) while choosing food products. I just ran away from the store. I am disgusted and shocked how you can allow the RATS to be in the store. Unfortunately I will never go to Hedge End Tk Maxx again for my own safety. In my point of view, the store should be now closed and carefully checked. Very dissapointed…

   First time to visit this TK Maxx branch and it’s massive. So many products to choose from at affordable prices and big brands. Plenty of clean changing rooms. The shelves are fully stocked. Christmas decors are ready on display for the festive season.
