   I sadly had a very poor experience at Starbucks in Sainsbury’s Calcot today. The barista/lady making the drinks today had very poor customer service and was not very helpful when I have problem with the payment. I think card machine was rebooting. She was quite rude and doesn't bothered at all.Was waiting until another lady comes up to help me. Generally they seem to be more interested with they own company than customers needs.Service was quite slow.Lady who was making coffee, give my frappucino without lid and said sorry we doesn't have lids. When I ask for any other lid as I have shopping with me and didn't want to spill my coffee, she roll her eyes. I think If they run out of lid for cold drinks ,they should inform when you pay, so you could make decision, if you still wanna your drink. I know we all human and everyone may have bad day as it very hot, so doesn't give perfect customer service, but I was here yesterday and service was also slow. Same lady who was making coffee wasn't very pleasant at all.Few other occasions before was same poor customer service, especially from same lady who was making coffee.

   I always love getting a starbucks and this is my favourite branch it's so easy to grab a coffee before or after shopping or before a long work shift. The staff are extremely friendly and polite my favourite is a young lady called Honey who is always polite, welcoming, friendly and as sweet as honey (XD) i always see this place busy so definitely worth a visit

   Honestly this was probably one of the worst Starbucks I have ever visited! The service was extremely slow, but clearly not enough staff so no one’s fault as such. However the state of the tables and chairs was awful, dirty and sticky and just felt like I needed to take a shower after just sitting in there for 10 minutes. Obviously the quality of the drinks are fine, food is pretty standard as expected. Might just be worth giving it a miss though if I’m honest, cleanliness left much to be desired.

   A pokey and dark café seating area that used to be much more open to natural light. Still annoying to be asked for your name when ordering a coffee and have never liked the warm and half-empty communal milk flasks. Bland coffee and uninspiring savoury and sweet options. Very tight area for queuing. Won't be returning anytime soon.

   Came here and had a oat milk, chai latte with vegan whip. I was served by Reety who was very lovely and helpful. One of the better experiences with Starbucks

   Excellent service, clean tables and very welcoming and helpful staff. Happy to warm our pastries, warm our milk and lovely coffee. A joy of delight in this Sainsbury store after arriving off a long haul flight.

   Service was a little slow, the food was pretty standard and not much choice. I tried a gingerbread latte which was good but quite sweet! Seating area is very noisy.

   Doesn't quite have the Starbucks sparkle! I wasn't asked for my name for my cup. I wish they were more ultra friendly like the Starbucks we know and love!! Had a sugar free vanilla skinny latte with an extra shot... Spot on!!
