   I used to use this Costa regularly (2/3 times a week) for drive thru and sitting in the store. Over the last year I've deliberately chosen elsewhere. Visited today. In summary I've observed over the last year the service has got poorer, when errors are made there's often no apology or attempt to learn from the error (e.g. making drinks to a different standard) and the consistency of the coffee is more than poor. I cannot justify paying more an more for inconsistent coffee, especially when it's as basic as a macchiato. I would ask that Costa considers the training of their baristas and the quality of "handcrafted" drinks. 2 stars for drink, not food.

   Horrendous customer service. Left with a refund and no drink after 10 minutes. My drink was attempted to be made by Andrew* who openly admitted he didn't know what was going in and what he was making. I suggested ge may want to ask his colleague on the till who had taken the orders. He replied with no point asking her she ain't got a clue. I was horrified how he spoke about a colleague in the store in front of myself and several other customers and I made that quite clear he was out of order. He then began to complain that I had given him "LIP"! At that point I was just waiting for my drink still to be made . When it was finally produced he said I made ot already and I ignored him when he shouted out. (Which he had shouted something but not the drink I had ordered) this went on for some time and another drink was made for me which again was spilling down the outside of the cup and I called for the manager to discuss the terrible service and how this colleague conducted himself in front of customers. I was offered a third drink at a third attempt and by then I wanted out. A refund! And perhaps the offer of points added to my costa card for a free drink elsewhere obviously because I wasn't staying here. Nothing! The manager of the store said he can refund on my card and did and make a drink again but not add anything to my costa card. No drink no customer service shall not return!!!

   It’s on my route for work and only Costa drive thru. Been visiting last 2 years or so. First year or so service was spot on and speed of getting through the drive through was excellent. Got to know drive thru staff and they were friendly and brilliant. Things have gone somewhat downhill in last 8-12 months particularly the last 4-5 months. The biggest issue is length of time to get through the drive through. If on limited time it’s not worth going as you may get stuck. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue as at times seems to be one person only on drive through and one at front of house. I tend to drive on by rather than drive thru these days. That all being said if not limited on time and can sit in the experience has always been good. I think the issues are more related to drive thru.

   Went there to do some work and have a meeting. Coffee is always good, and the banana cake was great also. The most I was impressed it was the genuine service we received the guys behind actually know what a great customer service it is . The only thing I don't like is the car park in there is limited to 3 hours, and it's not their fault. Usually I work on the computer and meetings can take long and it's frustrating to stay with this stress that's why we left other wise I will spend most of the day there as the staff are really nice.

   Didn't take my order at the right place... Then when they took my order, made me wait much longer to get the order... What's the point of having a drive thru if you're not going to staff it properly... Worst drive thru experience

   Awful.. Especially if you get served by the blue/green haired individual. Firstly gave the drink the wrong milk. Then service came in the form of a cold Cappuccino. Toilets no tissue. Or no soap.. Can’t recommend. Shame. As used to be decent stop off for a Costa Coffee. Terrible service from staff who should really move on elsewhere if the really can’t be motivated to provide some kind of service.

   The timing saif they close 6 o clock at 16:36 they are close and rude .. never drink a coffe at costa welcome starbucks

   Convenient drive thru. Quick friendly service. Lovely festive cups. Hazelnut and Praline latte was nice but the bits in the latte were not very nice. A great place to grab food and drinks to go.

   Quite small place but plenty of comfy seats. Selection of food quite limited. I counted seven staff who were serving customers in shop and those who were using drive throughs. Service felt slow but it could be that staff are new to it!
