Order a new cooker, given a delivery date of 20th December. Got a message saying it would be delivered between 12 and 6.30 yesterday. Tracked it and it was no13 on the drop off list. As requested disconnect the old one and put it outside (in the rain) ready for them to recycle As the day went on noticed the delivery lorry was getting further away. At 4.30 got a message to say that it would not be delivered until 27th December. Contacted Currys to be told that there was no explanation as to why it was not being delivered, and nothing they could about it. They were very reluctant to give me a refund, but eventually did. Have contacted another company who have agreed to deliver one on Tuesday. Hopefully it will arrive or a family lunch for 10 will be turkey cooked on the barbecue and salad. Need less to say won’t be purchasing from Curry again

I am still waiting for a £201 refund that was promised on 24/11/25. The refund was handled by the store manager, Jackie, who assured me it would be completed within 5 days. It has now been 19 days. Despite multiple store visits and calls to customer service, the issue remains unresolved and I keep being redirected between the store and customer service. This has been a very disappointing experience and I hope it is resolved urgently.

I went in looking for a new phone. I asked the workers about the specs of the phone. They couldn’t tell me how it would perform and would also go off track trying to promote other things like brand deals that I had already said I wasn’t interested in. I did not expect to be met with such behaviour and thought that they would know better. Very incompetent staff. Would’ve given 0 or even negative stars if possible.

I wish there was minus stars! The worst customer service in my life and I'm 50+. Two faulty items delivered, BEKO washing machine and tumble dryer both leak. Delivery 17th of October it's now 22nd of November. I still have a faulty leaking washing machine and tumble dryer. Several evenings and days trying to get through to customer service. Currys say speak to BEKO, BEKO say it's not us speak to Currys. Eventually after several frustrating calls I received up lift numbers for both products and collection booked for the 21st. Great, you would think, no one turned to collect the products, web chat yesterday couldn't help, just kept saying wait for an email confirmation of collection, which I already have. So today after over an 1hr on hold I got through to a lady that said as you paid by Flexi Pay I need put you through to them! The finance lady eventually worked out (after being put on hold again) that the system had failed and my collection hadn't been booked after all, despite having email confirmation. So this is ongoing, will the faulty appliances ever be collected and returned? I'm unsure apparently I will get a email confirming collection next week.

Pure ignorance will block your return and leave you with broken tech. Don't bother. 1. I clicked and collected an order online. 2. It was clearly broken but from the first day but was told I COULDN'T RETURN IT INSTORE BECAUSE I WAS IN NORTHERN IRELAND? Lame excuse for a company that has has stores here for decades. 3. Went to the online form to submit a return request - NO RESPONSE. 4. I chased it via email and had to resubmit all the info again. COMPLETELY IGNORED. 5. Finally I called. Was assured a dpd collection was arranged but COMPLETE LIES. No collection. 6. It's now past my 30 days and I'm left with broken rubbish. SCAM.

Never have I experienced such a well communicated and structured workforce. I would like to thank Darren and Kevin for their assistance. My mother-in-law had to upgrade her laptop, printer and phone as thye were all going bust. Darren, who apprached me as I was doing the normal and drooling over the TV's I can't afford right now, offered his assistance, when I told him why I was in he said when I'm ready to come and search for him. He saw us looking at a HP Pavillion with AMD Processor, unfortunately they didn't have any in this store and wouldn't be able to get one for a good couple of weeks, but Southamptoon had a few, so they phones througfh and we purchased at that store for pick up early the following week (yesterday at the time of this review). They also recommended a good printer, internet security software, half hour set up in store and Office 365 all at a good price. We went and picked up the laptop yesterday, all went very smoothly, then got the printer and have the laptop set up. It was such a smooth transaction and they were all very friendly. Thank you again Darren and Kevin, great team work and a further thank you for giving my mother-in-law time to make her decision.

Served yesterday by Ben R who sold me a fitbit watch (versa 3) which was not in stock so had to be couriered. Arrived this afternoon - nice bit of kit. Ben was brilliant - age difference between us in the order of 60 years! He was knowledgeable, courteous and patient - old people and IT can be a tricky combination! I just need to visit the shop again to get him to show me how to use it!! Thank you Ben 10/10

They had what I wanted at a reasonable price. However the sales assistant wanted to sell me an extended warranty and wouldn't take no for an answer. I had to be quite firm with him (using Anglo Saxon words of one syllable) before he would take the hint and allow me to leave with the TV I had purchased!

Had a 2nd bad experience within a year with Curry's. Their online customer service and their products have gone so downhill. Jackie very helpful but the other chap who served us gave us wrong information which resulted in us having to order our products online, paid for delivery and not delivered on the day it was paid for.... got a useless refund on a gift card.

Soon as you enter the store, we were greeted by at least 5 members of staff who were all stood around chatting. We were asked if we needed any help, we replied no thank you we are just looking. After trying to find the item downstairs we realised it was upstairs, again on the way back past another young lad asked if we needed help, again we said no thank you. We then Went upstairs only to find out we were being followed by a member of staff who then just stood by the top of the stairs and watched us. Made us feel so uncomfortable and as if we were being suspected of some wrong doing. So we decided to leave the store. Will not return, there is good customer service then there is this. More staff than customers and make you feel like you shouldn’t be in there. Won’t be returning. Limited stock in store anyway and cheaper better places.
