Never had a bad time with this costa. Place must get super busy with its location. Very pleased with the taste and fast service. Lovely staff too. Hope yall have a great christmas :)
Had a nice fresh refurb’ since my last visit. Opens early which is when a coffee shop should open and staff are always friendly. Not all baristas can get it right when it comes to coffee. Mima never gets it wrong. Does a damn good coffee every time.
A great place and great improvement in service, quality and ambiance from what it was a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, one of the toilets was found continuously leaking water in the toilet bowl and the flush control was missing. I was wondering how much water they were losing each day in this time of hose ban in the area! Dry poor indeed.
Nice Costa (drive through as well) in the middle of trading estate, well staffed, clean shop with plenty food options, friendly staff, wheelchair accesable. Parking can be a challenge at busy times, max stay 120 mins as displayed, great with kids, very limited outdoor seats. Will recommend.
If I could rate a 0 I would. Rude staff appalling attitudes. Drive through took over 10 mins in the drive through - it wasn’t busy. And to have a staff member be incredibly rude to me then another swear at me and call me sassy for questioning why I had to pay when I had a free drink. I am a customer I don’t appreciate being sworn at!
Our order was forgotten about, which wouldn't have been an issue if staff had apologised for their error. Instead they just grunted for our receipt to check the order. Waiting for our drinks took ages, it seemed only 1 person was making them, the other was sat on the counter...taking selfies!! Constructive advice: Ensure all staff are trained on making drinks and ban personal phones from the bar. Invest in better customer service, the very least you can do is apologise for your mistake.
10/12/21 @ 15:28, there were only three customers seating, no one in the queue but my table was sticky, with sum liquid, tissue left by the previous customer and unclean, litter on the floor and on some seats. Very disappointed indeed. Didn’t properly listened to my order and tried to give me cold milk with coffee whereas I requested hot!!
Very friendly staff but only toasted one side of my toastie and for the latte simply reheated leftover milk that was left from serving a previous customer, resulting in a drink that was tasteless and too hot to drink. When you sit outside you’ll have idling cars around you. One staff was on a break and smoking in the customer area. Later another was leaving and just left his car idling next to the dining tables for ages while chatting away, clearly not caring at all about customers and the environment. I hope management sees this and will make adjustments. I won’t be back though.
