Fantastic! I finally found what I've been looking for. I visited the Stoke on Trent store over the weekend and found a gorgeous sofa futon and drawers, both ex M&S. Mary, the Manager was super helpful and was just so helpful and really took time to help me. Thank you to Rob, for helping us get them into our car. A brilliant customer care experience and fantastic range of furniture. I'll definitely be back!
Have brought a settee from here in the past ,returned to purchase a bed and mattress .was glad to see Mary and Tony again who gave excellent service and attention to detail and very informative. Tony and Mary are extremely good at customer service and have a friendly approach,which makes you want to visit again
We recently called into store for some bedroom drawers.We had fantastic service great m&s quality and decent price. Paid deposit and returned to collect two days later.The drawers perfectly shrink wrapped to protect whilst in my van,and was helped with the loading.Would highly recommend and huge warehouse with plenty to choose from. Great Store unfortunately didn't have the size Cupboard we were looking for.
Greeted at the door, lovely customer service and extremely pleased with purchase, staff couldn't do enough for me
Came in to spend alot. Saw afew different bits. Wanted a few items upto 5000. No customer service skills. Rude and didn't seem bothered about a sale. Wouldn't even discount 20quid. Walked out and found better furniture, quality and price at the next show room up from them.
Bit hit and miss based on what items they have had recently but you can stumble on some good deals. They have their own furniture which is good value and good quality. The staff here are great too. We have managed to get some really good furniture from here at a bargain price.
A treasure trove of good quality furniture at great prices. Mary is absolutely the loveliest and best person and is the reason why I have kept going back to her for the last 15 years. A must visit to this great store!
