Bad bed quality, missing arts, horrible customer service, their bed seemed like recycled second hand bed and rebuilt with no patience at all, easily broken, I would stay away from this shop.
Amazing family run busy, lovely service and easy process all the way through. So welcoming and have wide variety of beds, mattresses and lots more. 100% recommend!
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Emily who helped me get a new Double bed delivered to my Dads address . He had a fall down the stairs and is really poorly and needed a bed down stairs ASAP. Emily rang her delivery driver (on his day off) to support my Dad as we needed it on the same day. I justed to share this as Fenton beds give the best customer service and I do appreciate the length Emily went to for me. Thank you Irene
Not the poshest of furniture shops I have been but it's one of the best they have a good stock In with both beds and mattresses but don't worry if they don't have what you want they will soon get it. The business has been owned by the same family for over Thirty years, you don't stop in a business for that long unless you know what you are doing.
This shop has been open for over 30 years, you don't stay trading for that long unless you're honest and selling rubish, this shop is full of a very good choice of beds and mattresses well worth a look.

terrible service! I bought a mattress last week which has given me tremendous pain, discomfort and restless sleep. I explained my concerns to the manager her reply was I am calling trading standards and the manufacturer. I asked for an exchange and was willing to pay the difference, the manager outright refused. Appalling customer services. Please go to a reputable seller. The Manager, Em is not to be trusted.
