I’ve used this branch multiple times for keys and car battery fobs but this was my first time using their dry cleaning service. Honestly was blown away by the amazing standard of customer service! The lady who greeted me and who I wish I noted her name down was absolutely incredible. She was so happy, positive and honestly, if you’re having a bad day take your laundry here as I guarantee you’ll leave feeling more upbeat after 5mins in her company. I bought a jacket and waistcoat online but arrived super creased and from the second she greeted me she was amazing. Told me she could help no problem and sorted it out within 10mins. I will be taking all my dry cleaning here in future and can’t but thank her for doing a perfect job!
