   Ordered a stepper motor for my V8. Communications from the courier DPD regarding the delivery was good and it arrived ok. However I emailed Racetech themselves a few times with a query about my order and have never received a reply. I wont be using them again and wouldn't recommend them.

   I'm loathed to leave a 2 star review, had to return some parts as they were wrong for my car (very early car, measured parts to fit, but wrong ends no fault of anyone really, didn't know they were different ends) contacted them about it, no reply Sent parts back, still no contact. Another email in and got a reply, to say that it was being processed. Follow up emails after not receiving funds back, no reply on any email address, no reply on Facebook messenger, ( I personally prefer a written log) 24 days to get refund through, but in total about 6 weeks to get a refund, poor communication, really put me off using them again unfortunately.

   Lost my order was found on a desk after a week then sent to wrong address after conferming delivery address on the phone! Parts desperately needed.
