DO NOT GO HERE – LEGAL ACTION UNDERWAY!!! If I could give this garage zero stars, I would. This establishment is not just unprofessional, it is outright negligent and dangerous. I brought my car in for an MOT in March, and they returned it in a significantly worse condition. My vehicle now has a faulty seatbelt sensor that causes the warning alarm to ring non-stop. This is not only infuriating but also a major safety concern. Multiple other customers have reported similar issues in their reviews, this is not an isolated incident. Despite clear evidence, every single staff member has denied any responsibility. They have shown no accountability, no transparency, and no willingness to resolve the issue. The level of incompetence is staggering, they are clearly not qualified to carry out basic diagnostic or repair work. To make matters worse, they kept my car for three full weeks without offering a single update or explanation. I had to chase them repeatedly, only to be met with silence or vague excuses. When they finally did return the car, it was in a worse condition than when I dropped it off. They then refused to refund me, despite the obvious damage and disruption they caused. I am now in the process of taking formal legal action. I have gathered all necessary documentation and am pursuing this through the appropriate legal channels. Frankly, this garage should not be allowed to operate. Their conduct is not just poor service, it borders on fraudulent and unethical business practice. Avoid this place at all costs. Do not risk your time, money, or safety by trusting your vehicle to them!!!!!
Had an interesting issue. Sadly they couldn't fix it become my car ribs LPG and that was the issue. They found the fault, serviced really well and helped me to get it fixed. Brilliant, friendly and honest. Can absolutely recommend.
I put a deposit on a vehicle a few days ago (Friday) £255.00, i was awaiting finance before collecting, Over the weekend I received news which impacted my finances so could'nt go ahead with the purchase. I explained to the garage and even said just refund minus the cost of the MOT/admin, they completely have refused to refund any. I think morally this is so wrong, they will still sell this vehicle.
In few words, "This guys are the BEST (Asif and the team)". Always finds the faults and takes care of it. Helped me with a few repairs that would have been difficult to find out in the first place. Used them for MoTs as well. All round they are ALL ROUNDERS. Keep it up guys
On the 28th of March I bought a Mercedes Benz S Class from Reading Auto Services.. When I arrived, car looked fabulous. The first thing I noticed about my treatment was when I got home. The road tax had not been done prior to me leaving. The next thing was what I was told about the service history. Service history was o line they said, which was incorrect as the car was too old for this to be the case. No help from the brothers to locate any history, my efforts came to nothing. I asked for wheels to be refurbished, which they were, but very poorly.. In the 2 months of ownership, car had only done a few miles, on coming home from one small tri, my nearside front wheel came off, which was very frightening, was recovered and taken to a local garage. Brothers were not interested, saying wheel nuts were tight. But wheels just don't fall off, do they. Insurance won't pay, so I have to pay for repairs, not happy with my experience of R A S.
