    Tried to book my car in for an MOT with this company. The appointment was on a Saturday. I had to call to confirm what time to bring in my Car. I was told arrive by 10am. I arrived on time. Wasn't sure where the property was, as the address was at a residential house. There was no signage for the company. I called the number multiple times. No answer, went straight to voicemail. Waited over 30 minutes continued to try call, still no answer. I eventually rang the door bell of the property. No answer. Ended up leaving after waiting for over 30 minutes past my appointment time. This is horrible customer service and the fact that no one is reachable when the company claims to be 24 hours is a joke. I would not recommend booking with them.

    Absolutely don’t go here, had MOT booked and went to drop off on the day garage door open, rang his phone several times but didn’t answer and then tried doorbell didn’t answer. If a mechanic is willing to leave someone without an MOT knowing the implications on a customer, avoid at all costs. Not even worthy of 1 star but cannot post without giving one!!

    Reason why I leave negative review is that, I supposed to drop the car at the service and not to the private house, how should I trust someone just to give a key and go away for 2-3 hours. also you told me to cancel my booking as I wanted to wait while the car was done.
