I was having an abhorrent day so I decided to cheer myself up with a costa. Even though it was busy, the lady serving me, I think her name was Elizabeth, was absolutely lovely! I asked her what she recommended and she said the Terrys orange hot chocolate which was absolutely delicious. She was a very kind and sweet girl. Thank you. this trip to costa really cheered me up. Peace be on her.

It's a Costa, but was a good place have a tasty coffee whilst at Next. Spacious. Background music which added to a vibe, but could also be annoying fir some. Plenty of easy parking. Toilets available.

The staff were super friendly and I'm super happy my drink was super hot (I find it's usually a little cooler in the other branches which isn't helpful when you're taking it away). Lost a star because it's not entirely costa's fault but locating the cafe was way more hassle than it should have been! I parked round the back by the main entrance just to be confronted by the most daunting escalators followed by even more escalators. There was absolutely no signage I could see which said "Costa on x floor" or "Costa this way" so I was just wandering around getting increasingly more anxious and when it was finally visible there were shelves and displays in the way so I actually mistook it as something else entirely. When I finally found Costa it transpires that it is the furthest point from the main entrance and is actually closer to what I believe is the Holland an Barret entrance. If I'd known that I would have not only parked closer to that entrance but also would have found it with significantly less hassle. I cannot for the life of me figure out why you'd have the Costa shop sign on the furthest entrance from the cafe itself and then not even have any signage inside either. Completely unhelpful for people like me who are having their first visit. If I'm honest, it was extremely off-putting. Then to add insult to injury I had to take my drink back down the multiple escalators which was nerve-wracking given I have terrible balance at the best of times. Despite the overall appeal of the cafe itself (which was very good) I probably won't visit this branch regularly simply because of how anxious this first visit made me. Like I said, nothing wrong with the cafe itself, the problem is purely how overcomplicated the system was. All I wanted was a drink, not a day out in Narnia.

Really friendly efficient staff. My croissant was fresh and tasty. Coffee was well made - so many costa's can't get this right, either with stale pastries or watery coffees that having a good one was outstanding.

Friendly service, happy staff, and Β£15 for a snack for two. Can’t ask for more. Only downside is, like most Costa’s, staff are so busy serving, tables don’t get cleared quick enough. Apart from that, all good.

The queue is ridiculous, myself and my friends waited 40 minutes for drinks. Costa Coffee need to employ more staff to cope with the demand in that location. If you're looking to grab a coffee while shopping or have catch up with friends, this is not the place to do it.

Took over 30 minutes to get served! No apology for the wait, and I watched 5 Deliveroo orders go and also watched the next store manager also walk straight to the front of the queue adding to the wait! Joke Costa, put YOUR customers first not Deliveroo or a store manager!

This is a very nice Costa location within a NEXT shop with 2 glass walls allowing plenty of light inside. Food, drink, & service are always good here. It is almost impossible to get here on foot, so bring your car and shop in NEXT. Or you can visit the smaller Starbucks next door.
