Chris and Hayley were fantastic helping us with the design and colour of our media wall and cupboard units, and nothing was a problem for them. Bobby who built the media wall was excellent too and worked extremely hard to make sure it was perfect.. we are highly delighted with the finish and would truly recommend Christopher Leslie Bespoke.
Extremely unprofessional and unreliable experience. I travelled 30 minutes to meet with this company at my mother’s property for a confirmed appointment. I waited, but no one turned up. The only explanation I received was that they “couldn’t find parking” — despite the fact that there are two clearly marked car parks directly adjacent to the property. I personally stepped outside and searched the surrounding area — there was no sign of anyone. When they claimed they wouldn’t pay for parking, I immediately offered to cover the cost myself. Despite this, they informed me they had already left. No call, no attempt to communicate beyond a brief message — just a complete disregard for the appointment and my time. At 10:05am, five minutes after receiving their message, I took photos showing ample available parking. I had been looking out the window specifically to spot their arrival, and no one appeared. Frankly, I question whether they showed up at all. If 70p parking and minor inconvenience are enough to justify abandoning an appointment — without a call or effort to resolve — it raises serious doubts about your reliability, professionalism, and regard for your clients. Our time is equally valuable, and the minimum expectation is clear communication and accountability. Based on this experience, my assessment of your service is: unreliable, evasive, and deeply unprofessional. I’m relieved we didn’t proceed further.

Chris and Hayley designed and installed a bespoke media unit and wall panels to refresh my lounge. I am so pleased with the finished result, the room feels so comfortable and modern. ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED. Requiring a solution for the area housing our TV, sky box, fire stick and DVD (basically a jumble of wires) and our dated fire and surround, we decided on a media wall. After researching and being less than impressed by the generic offerings of DIY brands we decided to contact Christopher Leslie Bespoke. From our first meeting with Chris and Hayley we knew we were onto a winner. They listened to our ideas, gave us their own input and returned a few days later with alternative designs from which we chose our preferred option. They worked with us to keep things within budget and sourced a stunning electric fire which is a showpiece of the design. Installation proceeded without a hitch and during the build we were given options to change minor things if they were not to our taste (ie lighting). We are ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED with the end result which has made us proud to invite guests around to our home. Chris and Hayley are such personable people and so easy to talk to that it made the whole installation process an enjoyable experience.
