Not the best, staff look disinterested. Service was slow.
I ordered it single short decaf cappuccino . I’ve been charged £7.75 When I question why so expensive I’ve been told It’s for cappuccino and Americano. I I get money back for Americana, but when I start drive and tasted coffee, they didn’t put a one shot. Coffee was too strong and it was in decaf Waste of money would not recommend
Stopped on our journey for a coffee and Sylvia was working in store at the services. Very happy, kind and caring lady. Also was the other lady sharing shift with her. She was very kind to the kids and interacted with them on our break on a long journey. Things like that go a long way. Nice to have service from the heart.
I very rarely write a review on here, but after this mornings amazing service I felt I must. I ordered from the talking machine, and the lovely lady was very friendly and happy, and asked if I'd like to try the new festive latte, which I did and was very pleased with. The nice man who I took my drink from saw that I had an empty cup in my middle console area (not a Costa one!) and offered to put it in the bin for me. I was just quite taken aback by such lovely friendly service this morning. Thank you to the lovely man and lady that gave me my nutcracker latte with an extra shot!
Absolutely fantastic service through the drive through, making sure our drinks were ready to be drunk (taking the bags out of the tea), excellent manner and energy, even after a large queue of people. Could not recommend enough, 10/10!
Opening hours are very fluid. I often pass around 0620, hoping to get a drink on my way into work and it's very closed. Would be nice if they actually opened on time. Drinks are of quality when they are open.
Thank God I don't have a nut allergy after ordering a orange hot chocolate and being given a hazelnut one. This could have been a very bad situation for someone else! Especially as it was on the drive through going back onto the motorway.
I Went through this costa 28.04.21 and I have to admit I was a fussy customer and changing my order after the order point. (all due to my fiancé wanting a different drink) The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my changes. Very polite and helpful all of them popped there head round and gave a warm smile which is nice to see. What a fantastic team.
Went here at 1730 on the 31/10/20 the woman working had lost my order by the time I got to the drive thru collection point, she didn't really care had to wait for it as she was to busy watching TV. When she gave me my last drink she put it on the tray faced the other way carried on watching TV and while nearly hit my car with the metal drink dropper as she wasn't looking she didn't even say anything I drove off very disappointed. Please review there work and service skills as she had none. Customer experience zero!
