   A lovely salted pretzel hot chocolate as recommended and prepared by Lux. Excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. I was a bit worried about having to pay to park but you don't have to if you stay less than 4 hours so I will be back!

   I have always loved Starbucks but the customer service is awful however was working today around 11:10 you should go back and get better customer service skills. I ordered my coffee two people served before me and not a single apology my coffee was just put on the counter. Never again I will drive to London road and Marlands they know a thing or two about customer service.
