   I ordered an Iced Toffee Nut Cream Matcha Latte and specifically asked for extra vanilla syrup. I was told it was already included. When I got my drink, it didn't resemble an Iced Toffee Nut Cream Matcha Latte at all—it looked like a plain matcha. The taste was even worse: completely bland, no sweetness, and honestly made me feel like throwing up. I then had to ask for vanilla syrup separately, which defeats the whole purpose of my original request. I didn't complain in the moment, but this was genuinely disappointing. I hope the store seriously improves the quality and accuracy of their drinks.

   The service was quick and easy. I ordered 2 caramel lattes and had a look at their coffee cups for sale, which were a bit overpriced for what they were. However, the coffee was lovely and we were greeted with smiles too, considering this was in the evening, nothing seemed too much for the staff. They thanked us for clearing our table after too. Good overall experience.

   Ordered 2 drinks via uber, one of the drinks came completely different to what I ordered plus it was 3/4 full. Rang the store and they didn’t care. Blamed me and I had to deal with it

   I visited today and was greeted by the charming Noah who welcomed me with open arms! The coffee I received was top notch and the panini was just amazing. I will definitely be visiting this exemplary establishment again!! Well done all, such a lovely bunch.

   Whilst googling Starbucks hedge end to find out their closing time i came across their reviews and realised after all the times I've visited their branch, always receiving excellent service I have never taken the time to leave a review. So here it is.... I have visited many times at different times of the day/evening and have always been met with smiling faces from their very polite, helpful staff. During one visit before Xmas whilst loaded down with bags after having a very stressful shopping trip I decided to pop in on my way home to recharge with a coffee. After seeing all the festive flavours on offer and wondering which one to choose I was more than impressed to meet a member of staff called Megan (hope I got your name right) who was so helpful explaining all the new flavours and different milks to have with them. I eventually had a very nice egg nog latte with a cheeky little pastry recommended by Megan. The decor is stylish and comfy. Definitely worth a visit.

   What an amazingly friendly and helpful team. Always greeted with a smile and polite hello. Coffee is good and the service is better. The team make you feel welcome. Great for meetings as well, I often meet clients and colleagues here and that mainly because of the welcoming atmosphere.

   Great coffee, speedy service and best staff you can wish for. I'm a regular and witnessed them dealing in the most professional way with horrible customers on daily basis. They always stay calm, kind and polite. I can't understand how people can be so nasty and throw childlike tantrums over few minutes wait. The store can be extremely busy but I have never waited longer than 5minutes for my order. Whenever the waiting time was longer, I was told by cashier about possible delays. I live locally. This is my favourite café.

   Came for a relaxing coffee, left with a headache and a to go coffee. People were shouting over the music because it was so loud. Space looked bare and uninviting no comfy areas just harsh "we would rather you take-away furniture". Also 3/4 of the tables were littered with empty cups and rubbish. Asked for a muffin and a latte to eat in. Had my muffin stuffed in a paper bag and my coffee was unceremoniously left on the side in a to-go cup, which I had to go and find. Staff looked uninterested and put out that I had interrupted their conversation. I had a nicer experience sitting with my coffee in my car. Go next door to Costa.
