   I am not satisfied with the service I received. I can see that I’m not the only one complaining!! The garage did not provide any proof that the work was carried out correctly. After I complained that the engine oil level was too low, I had to contact the head office to book an inspection and they booked me an appointment to slough store where the same menager came to look at the issue and they simply topped it up instead of addressing the issue properly what I was complaining for ,they did not check all the work if it was done ! The manager was not helpful at all, and instead of resolving my concerns, the head office contacted me threatened legal action if I left an honest review based on my experience. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I did ask the head office to review the video and proof all the service was done correctly but they failed to do so even that they agreed to do it and then report back . I cannot recommend this service based on my experience PLEASE AVOID!!

   Paid £300 for major service and oil change , almost 3 weeks later engine oil warning light came on forcing me to top up oil, heater not working despite claims everything is checked for the top service and then 5/6 weeks after service engine warning light comes on again car gets taken to local garage for diagnostic check and they say spark plugs need replacing ? As it’s clear they haven’t been changed in ages. ( something listed as being done in service) I’m stuck in Suffolk , have to pay for repairs plus and when I complain to this garage they say the job was ticked but unfortunately the mechanic no longer works there? After sending all evidence off costs and garage report and offer to let things go if they cover my issues £315 this garage comes back with an offer off £100 and claims spark plugs only last 2 months ???? Now I’m gonna file a county court claim and contact the trading standards because this garage charges for work they don’t do and thinks they can get away with fraud . I’m response to this garages reply they know full well who I am unless there are several customers charged for work that hasn’t been done in the last few months ! I’ve been emailing the area manager ! You trying to claim you no nothing about this to try and convince people reading this it’s a false review ? Well let’s see once I upload county court claim!!

   Work done on my car has always been ok, however they damaged my car on my last MOT ripping a phone holder from a vent. It's was attached when dropping the car off then on the seat when I picked it up. Noticed the damage when I got home. Their response was to say they had no need to touch the phone holder and they deny all responsibility. There is no other place this damage could have been done. Now I have to fix it and pay for damages. Steer clear of this company.

   Absolutely useless. Warranty on clutch even though checked non existent. Clutch failed same day as it was signed off checked . But guess what because the car broke down I had to get it fixed . I'm not covered. Please use someone else don't get caught like I did. NEVER again.

   Had my car booked in for an MOT at 9.45, arrived at 9.15, I couldn't go anywhere so sat around. Didn't get my car back till near 11am. They seemed busy but staff were friendly. The MOT was thorough as the number of advisories were more than I've ever had on this car!

   I booked in a service and MOT on the 20th December 2022. I was made aware that the Front Suspension arm pin or bush excessively worn in both sides and this caused the MOT to fail, I was quoted £700 to repair the issue. Due to the cost of the repairs I took this to another garage for a second opinion, and it was revealed that this was not the case, and the MOT passed. I'm very upset that I nearly had to pay a significant amount of money for something that did not need repairing.

   Rude guy with the glasses is a male Karen, refused to do my MOT even though I had an online booking. Wouldn’t recommend these lot for any maintenance work - go to a proper garage. Just seemed to be ok for MOT’s but won’t be using them again for that.

   Absolute waste of money. First clutch failed within a year and the following 2 clutch kit replaced under warranty also failed. Now they refuse to work on my vehicle at all unless I pay again.

   Very good honest garage, will not charge for work not needed. Had a few MOT done here and looked after well. Top marks to Kevin, excellent customer service.
