   Sweet cafe in Romsey town centre. Cosy and atmospheric. We went in the afternoon for coffee and cake. The service was very good and the staff were professional and knowledgeable. 2 of our party of 5 had dietary requirements. Dairy and gluten. The hot chocolate was a 'may contain' which was okay for us but may not have been for others. There were no gluten free options! I'm not sure if there was a gluten free main meal. I was informed that they do not provide gluten free cake in any form or pancakes. Not even pre packaged. It's apparently always been their policy. This was disappointing. We had chosen Josies as it was independent and looked nice. In this day and age we assume a gluten free options of some kind is available in most places. So I got to watch everyone else enjoying their very tasty cake. If you're not gluten free their cake was apparently very nice.

   Went on a Thursday afternoon, was welcomed and seated within seconds. Luckily a table became free and it was very busy. Impressed with the speed of food. Delicious burger and milkshakes are given to you with the extra bit thats made so u can top it up. Really happy with the meal overall

   Busy place. We had to wait a bit for a tanle. But the food was worth the wait! Pancakes were good! Iced coffee taste good! Definitely a place to visit.

   Food is always worth the wait to get in. You cannot book a table here so it's first come first served from what I can gather. The food is amazing here. The Christmas Turkey burger was so tasty and well worth getting as a limited time menu item! Brilliant service and attentive staff made for a great experience with such a large table of people. We didn't have a reduction in quality of service as a result of the larger group size.

   Had an excellent lunch at Josie’s. Their food and drink menu is enticing; lots of semi-American themed food! Strawberry milkshake was great, as were our sandwiches and sides. Service towards the end of our experience was a bit slow (e.g. needed water/napkins/the bill). Will definitely be returning again and recommending you to others.

   Heard amazing things about here from friends and locals. I sadly only work in the area and live a fair distance away so have only heard great tales of Josies until today where I had the opportunity to go in with friends. It lived up to the hype. I had the milkshake (pictured), it was a brownie milkshake and they give you the excess in the cold metal mixer to top up your shake as you drink, which I loved. My friend had the coffee milkshake and her daughter had the oreo one stack pancake and a smoothie (pictured). Everything was delicious and I can't wait to go back to try more from the menu. They have indoor and outdoor seating - we opted for indoor today as it was a bit too warm to be sat outside in direct sunlight
