Went here when I was in Eastleigh, fab coffee and had such a great vibe it felt welcoming

Good coffee and hor chocolate. Cakes OK. They were short staffed and so most tables had cups and plates on them as they could not clear them and serve customers

I popped into this shop on a friend’s recommendation to try their matcha latte, but ended up going for the macadamia soya latte instead—and it was impressively good! The flavors were smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. What makes this place even more special is that they sell unique Indian pea-shaped beans, mainly harvested in the Karnataka region, which adds a lovely touch of authenticity for coffee lovers. Their pastry selection is also worth exploring—plenty of tempting choices to treat your taste buds.Overall, it’s a fantastic spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in Eastleigh. Cozy, inviting, and definitely worth a visit!

Tasty coffee. Good service and food loyalty scheme. Food is a bit pricey

The cinnamon bun was yummy, I asked for extra hot coffee and it was room temperature, not good...

Cake delicious and coffee very nice. Staff welcome was most unimpressive. 30/11 at lunchtime. I didn't realise #1 had an app and loyalty scheme. Not having had time to register on the app before I ordered, I asked if they could stamp a card (as was shown on an advert in the shop) Male server barked it was only an app now. I paid and asked now that I'd managed to register if I could have a stamp. No, you need to scan the code before you pay. If only they'd mentioned that when they knew I was in the process of registering and took the time to explain. Not impressed.

I love Coffee#1 they do superb coffee and a really great selection of cakes and snack. Probably the best caramel shortbread ever and the tea cakes are huuuuge!

Always lovely staff in there even at first light. Seemed to be struggling with staff shortages today but the two team members on were doing their best and kept service going. Great coffee and my little one loves their croissants!
