   I booked my car in as there had been a knocking/rattling coming from it for quite some time! Dropped my car off at 9 and received a call telling me exactly what the issues was and how much it would cost. The work was completed by 2pm and when my husband collected it, he was told about other small issues that they’d sorted without charge. Brilliant communication, service and all very friendly.

   Paid £310 for a “full service” — poor communication, broken promises, and unfinished work I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Arbor Lane Garage. I paid £310 for what I was told would be a full, top-quality service, but the follow-through and communication were unacceptable. Before booking I made it clear my MOT was due in August and was told to call so they could arrange to do it for me. When I phoned as requested, I was told they were too busy and could not fit the MOT in — despite the earlier assurance. I also emailed about the MOT and other concerns, but my email was ignored. I raised a problem with the car window and was told there was no issue. On the same day I checked and the problem was still there — so either the check was not done properly or the issue was dismissed. They also said they would order a cover/undertray for my car but never ordered it and never followed up. I told them I’m a new neighbour (RG41 5FL) and intended to be a regular customer, but their lack of care and communication has lost them my custom. For £310 I expected a thorough job, clear communication, and follow-up on agreed items — none of which I received. I cannot recommend Arbor Lane Garage based on this experience.

   My car had a battery light appear whilst driving, drove straight in and they located the issue without me calling ahead. Told me to leave the car with them and the part was ordered there and then, car fixed 3 hours later. Tremendous garage, lovely staff. Won’t go anywhere else. Been going for MOTS/services for 18 months already.

   Fantastic service highly recommend arbor lane garage after we broke down 300 miles from home, I phoned the garage who went above and beyond, sorted the fault and got us back on the road in a very quick turn around, price was very reasonable and customer service was 100% if this garage was local it would always be our first choice thank you very much arbor lane garage
