   Visited at 8.30am on Saturday and the lady working was completely on her own until around 11am. She was doing her absolute best — friendly, calm and working non‑stop — but it was clearly too much for one person. She deserves recognition for how well she handled it, and I hope management can support staff with better cover at busy times.

   Very bad service and cups were dirty even after 3 goes they still couldn’t get it right. No clue what is going on. Serves a pot of tea with a cup so big it’s almost a bucket lol

   Lady in charge was extremely rude to all customers, banging cups down and generally in a huffy mood. Returned black coffee as was luke warm, she refused to even acknowledge it for at least 5 minutes even though another member of staff passed her the returned coffee! Whole place was a mess and freezing cold due to broken doors nearby.

   The staff were wonderful . The card machine had gone down and could only take cash , the queue was long but they all kept their calm and were remarkable. Hats off to them . It was tough .

   A range of smaller and larger tables ideal for those looking to do a spot of work whilst having a fee hot drinks. Unlike the lower floors 5g and 4g reception works well up here. Drinks are standard Costa so decent coffees and tea in a pot! I agree with some of the comments that cleanliness is not brilliant. I went when it was quiet so no real excuse for tables not being wiped down but I guess their staff are probably still learning the ropes.

   Came here with a friend today and was shocked to see how Dusty the place was . We sat down a the Table and the ledge was thick with Dust ... With the Current Pandemic Situlation the Resturant should be Spotless . I mentioned this to the staff he replied it was done this morning.. Well after 44 years of being a Cleaner That ledge hasn't been cleaned for Weeks!! Glad I don't drink or eat anything from Costa.
