   Really good zingy orange cake and excellent coffee too. Not the cheapest place but worth it for the comfy seats, space and relaxed atmosphere. I'll be back to try the other cakes! They all looked amazing.

   I emailed first to explain how poor service and experience was but didn't get much of a response. They'd run out of food, served these nuts full of salt flavouring and husks which frankly was an insult then said they're closing soon. Charged a huge amount for ordinary wine. Guy literally chucked us out. Brilliant.

   I’ve visited Autumn House in Winchester several times since it’s open. The staff are always incredibly friendly, the coffee is always fantastic, and the food is great value and very fresh. I’ve not yet sampled their cakes, but they look spectacular. They’re doing a lot of different things at Autumn House, from a café to wine bar – but they’re doing it very well, and it’s certainly somewhere I’ll be visiting regularly!
