We called in as we had vouchers for money off coffee. Coffee was really good, service was great. We had 2 cakes as well which were really good. Certainly recommend a visit.
I come to this coffee shop every week and the staff are always lovely. Myself and my children always feel welcome and the coffee is always top notch!
Situated in the derby city pedestrian zone, there is plenty of outdoor seating, but vape and smoke don't make it attractive. Loads of seating inside, service was good. Usual offerings of coffee and cake.
Very good location and perfect to grab a coffee and some sweet treats. Very friendly service by staff and ample seating available within the cafe but also a few outdoor seating available if you fancy. Could get busy sometimes, specially on the weekends.
I’m dairy free and had a Chocolate and Hazelnut frappe cream. It was very great, lived up to the title and still had dairy free cream. I used coconut milk and you couldn’t tell that i did. The staff are very lively and kind and service was quick. I strongly recommend this. A coffee was also ordered (with dairy in it) and was very tasty. In the photo, i had already had some of the whipped cream and chocolate on top.
Caffè Nero is my most like coffee shop in UK, the coffee is extremely great. Cakes are excellent. The service is the best. The shopping apps is easily to use and can redeem gifts efficiently. Seats are great, either inside or outside the shop.
Serves excellent coffee and the food's good too - if a little pricey. Can be very busy and involve queues back to the door which is a bit awkward with comings and goings. A nice spot to sit outside if weather allows, to do a bit of people watching...
I have been a regular here for the past 2 months, coming here every other day. Real good place, exceptionally good espresso, better than Gregs by miles in terms of coffee, and better than Costa in terms of service. Very friendly staff at Nero, very efficient staff behind the counter, Chris, Jody and Abby. And the customer service of Beth is out of this world, very friendly, very welcoming, very courteous. I want to hug her as a thanks. The staff is quick, efficient to process the order, payment and have our order ready in front of us. Espresso is the best I have had after coming to the UK.
Came here today with my friend for the first time. Great welcoming service by a lovely lady on the tills. Nice setting inside. The drinks and cake we had was nice too. Will definitely be returning!
I prefer to go to Nero's over Costa, these days. Hot chocolate is hot, not lukewarm or cold. Chai tastes better than competition and always as if you want cinnamon. Staff can multitask. Tables are clean, staff friendly and efficient.
