A lady called Nay was very happy to help me with my order. At first she could see I was a little disappointed that my 'order in' drink had been put in a takeaway cup by another member of staff so she walked over and asked me if I would like it in a glass as she was picking up my 'vibe'. This is a very rare quality and she deserves alot of praise. Thank you Nay x

A lovely young barista named Courtney made me one of the best coffees I've ever had at a Costa, and I go there a lot! She was extremely friendly while being polite and professional, listened closely to what I asked for, and made my perfect coffee. The whole place was really tidy, clean and well kept, both out front and behind the counter, and is now my favourite branch to visit in Southampton.
Staff were incredibly unprofessionally and hostile. Not a very supportive work environment. Very uncomfortable environment.
