   I ordered a muffin and caramel frappie I waited in that que "caramel latte for zoe" (it was also in a latte cup.) was shouted on several occasions not frappie. Apparently they said a customer must of taken my order when I pointed this fact out "well they said they made you a frappie" guy who made my order said "I shouted it atop my lungs" yet I was in that que and the only thing shouted was a latte in a latte cup. Imagine not taking responsibility and blaming customers for your error. They actually said "do you still want a refund" when they tried to state this. Even if this was true which is hard to believe as I stood in that que and listened for my order. Why you not checking names before letting them take the drinks that's the point in me giving you a name in the first place!

   I placed an order through Deliveroo. I bought a large matcha latte with oat milk and a large coffee latte with oat milk. I received hot drinks in large cups, but when I opened the cups, they were only half full. I was scammed.

   Service was great. Food was not. The brownie was very sweet, tasted more like sugar not decadent at all. The Tiramisu latte was surprisingly good. Mini Caramel waffles were not the best. My expectations on that may have been bit too high.

   Visited mid afternoon, not too busy inside. Straight forward ordering and didn’t wait too long for the drinks. I didn’t think my peach iced tea was too peachy so asked the server to add extra peach syrup and this was marginally better, had to wait a good few minutes to get either of their attention and it wasn’t busy. Nice large seating area but tables and chairs are all massively low down.

   Very nice Latte served. Plus a nice range of cakes are available for you to select. My favourite is the lemon loaf cake.

   Jerhim and Mariam were very hospitable and kind, and offered substitutes for products that were unavailable. Egg bites were a tad too salty, but still delicious. Keep it up xx

   Cold, dark, uncomfortable and very slow. Juice and cake for young kids and 2 coffees. 20 minutes after ordering, kids already finished and I get 1 drink. Then 2 other people served then my second drink comes. Kids are finished and done and bored. Can't enjoy my drink so abandoned them. Sorry but won't go back.

   Went in early this afternoon service was reasonably quick there were several empty tables but all had used coffee cups and cutlery on them the tables were all dirty. We cleared our own table. We were in there about 30 minutes the place was not particularly busy and there seemed to be plenty of staff. One girl came out with a bowl and cleared five table of cups and rubbish but did not wipe the tables leaving them dirty the other tables around us were not cleared and left dirty, a large table to one side was filthy. Absolutely disgusting hygiene standards for a professional establishment I shall stick with Costa in future

   Ordering process as you would expect from a chained coffee shop/cafe. Service was friendly and quick. Downside came when we tried to find a table to sit at. The place was busy and only a few empty to sit at. Especially restricting was that none of the tables had been cleaned.

   It was my first time having a Starbucks coffee, I loved it as much as I did the ambience. The cashier was not genuinely polite and seemed a little impatient with me even though I asked about just one product. I hope the service will be better next time.
