An excellent dining experience from start to finish. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food presentation was beautiful. The duck breast was tender, with a perfectly balanced sweet sauce. Dessert was also impressive.

Awful! Our food order was lost by the kitchen. Other people sat down after I had placed my order, received their food before us. When I queried this with the waiter he said the kitchen process the tickets as they see them. I had to go downstairs to speak to a staff member to chase the food. When it finally arrived it was obvious it had been forgotten as it was not hot. A hot meal is the minimum I expect from a Wetherspoons pub, however this pub can't achieve the bare minimum.

Popular Wetherspoons & number 102 for us. Didn't have time to eat here but was impressed with the building. Lots of outdoor seating on multiple levels. Pub was clean inside & out. Shame we didn't have time to stay longer but Southampton cruise terminal was calling us.

Breakfast with friend on Friday morning - long waiting time for order. When food finally arrived it was nicely presented but unfortunately cold. I’ve ordered Benedict Eggs with ham, mushrooms, hash brown and cooked tomatoes - only hash brown was hot, the rest of the food was barely warm. Poached eggs were overcooked. Very disappointing as the prices were reasonable and I read very nice reviews before coming there. Nice and tasty coffee. The washroom upstairs very clean and modern. Not sure to come again but maybe another week day just to check.

Very busy wetherspoons but very clean and friendly staff. The food is to be expected for the price and is always at good value. If you are looking for cheap pint or meal this is definitely the place to go. I love that you have the barcode and can scan to order as well.

We've been going here for breakfast, once a month for a couple of years, with all the family, usually 10 of us, spending over £60 each visit. Last Saturday we were told when we ordered (at about 9:15) that due to staff shortages it was a 30 min wait. It was actually nearly an hour, and when the meals arrived they were all cold, having been stood for several minutes awaiting service. We complained and were promised a full refund, but the manager was cooking so would come to our table later. One hour later, he was still busy and promised to refund when quieter. He didn't. We went in again on Tuesday and were told that the manager could not refund now as several days had passed, but someone from Wetherspoons would contact us. We are still waiting...

I ordered the steak and it was absolutely lovely... Right down to the salad it was beautiful. Before I sat down a lady rushed over and cleaned the table for us. Couldn't ask for more really.

Food was nice, service a tad slow but I understand as it was kinda full. Vegan burger and chicken burgers were very nice.
