   ​I keep returning to this Starbucks location because it consistently offers what I need: a quiet, productive atmosphere where I can settle down and focus on my work. It's a reliable haven whenever I need to grab a quick coffee and tick items off my to-do list. ​The most important part, the coffee, remains excellent. The Americano here is perfectly brewed every time—it’s the classic Starbucks taste that always hits the spot and is a huge part of why I choose to come back. ​However, I've noticed a significant difference in the customer service culture when comparing this location to my experiences abroad, particularly in the US and Philippines. In the US and Philippines, the staff were incredibly friendly and chatty, making a genuine effort to connect and get to know the regular customers. Here, the experience is more transactional. While efficient, the personal warmth and engagement seem to be missing. ​It's a small note, but that personal touch truly elevated the experience overseas. Nonetheless, I value the consistent quality of the beverage and the dependable quiet environment this location provides. It's a five-star place for coffee and focus, even if the service style is different.

   Great coffee shop. I went in before the football so got busy. But not much wait for drinks though ran out of cups so even though sat in it was in a takeaway cup. Shame theres only one way down to it and cant get to it straight from the ground. Thats DCC for you !

   Not impressed at all. No toilet paper in the disabled toilet, the floor was very wet. Placed our order and paid. No plates today we were told. I had ordered a sticky Chelsea bun, my husbands cake was put on top of mine, all the icing stuck to the inside of the bag. Husbands coffee correct mine was not what I asked for, I was told very forcibly that is what I asked for- not true. As business people were queing up behind me I accepted what I was given. At 78 years of age sound of mind, why should I be expected to be treated in this way. You should take a lesson from the staff at sinfin, as we the customer pay your salary.

   Had a lovely experience in store today, with Ashley Amy and another partner! The store was lovely and clean, beautiful in the sunshine, and even when an issue happened with the till, the team handled it brilliantly. I'd love to visit again, and appreciated a lovely starbucks experience!!!

   Like every other Starbucks. Great coffee, great food, great service!! Clean toilets, plenty of seating space and great natural lighting through the long glass windows. There are not many parking spaces close by though (only about 5-6 in front of the cafe). Kind staff and swift service. Convenient location and they have a drive thru as well!! Definitely recommend for a coffee break.

   I am a regular customer here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! All staff are really friendly especially Scott and Danni, Scott is always happy and cheerful, always welcoming when I go….even remembers my drink now! ( he’s a star!) Danni is really friendly, always has a smile on her face. Very clean and great coffee! :)
