   Phoned Monday with a problem, dropped off car Tuesday Morning, they phoned me lunchtime to explain what the problem was and how much it would cost, today ( Wednesday) they phoned to say car was ready to be picked up, all fixed. Great service, the gentleman I spoke with on the phone, at drop off and pick up was polite and kept me updated throughout. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

   I was mortified when I checked my MOT and found it had already run out. I called Farnborough Car Care Centre and explained I had an issue, and was asked to take my car straight there, they would do an MOT for me at 3.30 pm. What a result, by 4.30pm today, the Bank Holiday Friday, I had my lovely car back with a full years' MOT. Great service from a great, independent local garage, thank you Nick and all at FCCC, I thought I would be car-less this weekend.

   This garage was an absolute farce over the last 7 days. I attended in person about the possibility of being recovered by the RAC to them, which they accepted. The chap told me he could look at it Friday. I tried to explain what the problem might be and offer the RAC report, which was declined. My car was recovered on the Thursday, which I attended and handed the keys over, expecting a phone call on the Friday. I called in for an update and was told it would be the following week. Which I accepted. I called in on the Thursday and the mechanic could not be bothered to really talk to me but said it was going on the ramp that evening. I went back on the Friday and could see that my vehicle had not even moved. I request my keys back because it was obvious I was not a priority. The chap then started shouting and trying to become aggressive, which was laughable. I pointed out to him that this was a failing on his part not mine. I left the garage and he came out to confront me in again an aggressive manner, I asked did he really want to go there! He then scuttled back into the garage, slagging me off to the mechanics. What a joke. If I could give no star's I would.

   Took my car in because my washers weren't working but having taken a look it appears they were ok just a little bit laboured. I had the jets adjusted on the drivers side and went home happy. The bill was £0.00. Such a comfort having a friendly garage that I can trust and who treats me well. Thank you.

   Another mechanic recommended Farnborough Car Care Centre to me and I’m so pleased with the service I received. I brought my faulty car down for them to have a look at the end of the day yesterday and they had fixed it by this morning. Brilliant job and reasonable pricing, I will certainly be returning!

   Soooo had a fuel leak, took it down and they were so professional wouldn’t let me drive it away. I mentioned I have another car but it needs a MOT. They said get it here in the next hour and will do it today so my husband and I had a car whilst our main one was getting fixed. They quoted a rough price but when we got back with our other car they said it would be cheaper. So they MOT one car service and fixed our other car. Would recommend to anyone. My mum is now taking her car there this week for an MOT. We will go back and back again ! Thank you ….. from the Ribbens .
