   Highly disappointed with the customer service. I am incredibly disappointed with the manner in which the staff treated myself and my parents today. I have been to this establishment previously and have experienced few to no issues, but my most recent visit changed my opinion tenfold. I had ordered two bacon sandwiches, to which the cashier repeated back to me my order of two sandwiches, and I proceeded to pay despite the price seeming quite high for the order. I received three bacon sandwiches, and calmly told the staff that I had only asked for two, to which they took one of the sandwiches away in a hostile manner. Following this, the staff engaged in an unprofessional disagreement with me about what I had actually ordered. Despite stating that we may have got our wires crossed but I only wanted two sandwiches, they proceeded to disagree with me, gossip audibly about my family and I, and failed to return the money for the sandwich that they had given me (which, as stated previously, was taken back by the staff). I have never written a bad review about a place as I am understanding of mistakes in the service industry, largely because when a mistake has occurred, it has been resolved in a respectful manner. However, the way in which the issue was handled today led me to feel highly uncomfortable for the entirety of my visit, and will not be returning to this establishment because of this.

   When we visited Ashbourne, we needed to warm up before we went shopping. Unfortunately it was cold in the cafe, only a few small heaters which weren’t very good. We decided to treat ourselves to two amazing hot chocolates, the chocolate orange and the peanut butter hot chocolates. If we ever go back to Ashbourne, we’re definitely going to try their famous cakes.

   We had the raspberry ripple hot chocolate the mint hot chocolate and the Chai Latte. Both hot chocolates were very nice and very sweet. The chai latte was quite possibly the best one I've ever had. Initial contact with one staff was a bit grumpy. Otherwise really good experience

   We stopped for quick coffee, then had a scone and more coffee! Everything was fresh, made with care, served quickly by happy staff and tasted great. Way better than most cafes who just serve from catering packs. One of the best cafes I have been too!

   Fantastic cafe. Beautiful looking from the outside and inside. Looks like it's been designed by a top interior designer off the TV. Great choice of beverages, lots if different flavours to go in your coffee or hot chocolate. Lovely friendly staff. Plenty of seating outside, inside and upstairs.

   Lovely spot for a drink & light meal! We visited last year and enjoyed our experience with the friendly f'coffee team. We opted for the charcoal latte & butterfly pea latte which were absolutely delightful. The vegan avocado & roasted red pepper sandwich was spot on, however a bit sweet for my taste. Nice decor and atmosphere, very popular place (we were lucky to find an available table). All in all, would definitely return when in the area.
