   Great place for beers and chats. Nice staff mostly and a nice pint. Toilets really need updating the doors don’t close and it is quite damp in there, which is expected from an old building. Otherwise would recommend coming here for beers

   For future reference on Super Saturday of the Six Nations, or any other day: - Have ice behind the bar - Have the table that was booked weeks in advance ready at the time requested - Have the remote control on hand to put on the game that many people had booked tables for - Have clean glasses to serve drinks in - Have more beers available than not available on draught - Have a working light in the gents toilet, and not rely on people to turn on the torch on their phone. Female toilets were also disgusting I have been told. - Have the amount of staff to deal with the public - Please do not have your staff collect and break glasses over our coats - Please do not serve drinks in broken glasses That is a brief summary in our four hours in the Bedford.

   Was served by a lovely purple haired lady (Aimee I think) , who was prompt and efficient in helping me decide what to drink on a busy match day. Service was great and they handled the busy bar environment tremendously. 10/10 would come again as the food seemed lovely when others were eating.

   Amazing bottomless brunch! I had a look at the reviews beforehand which were all really great so thought I would give it a go and I cannot fault it! We have had a great experience with out server Chloe who made sure we had everything we needed! The drinks were flowing and the burger was lovely. I will definitely come back, such an amazing price too!

   What a brilliant bottomless brunch. The food was lovely, the service was swift and polite and Gawain, Chloe and Mitch have absolutely made us feel very welcome. I would recommend this highly for couples, friends and even hen/stag do's.

   Great place, great price. Well renovated and great for students as well as the residents in the area. One of the best pubs in the area. Only issue is the service time. Spent over 20 min waiting for an order.

   Traditional British pub, the food is nice and not expensive at all, most of the times they have good deals (especially the 2x1 for dessert!). The staff is very helpful and friendly.
