   Have an annual friends Christmas lunch and this year did not disappoint. The festive menu had great options and excellent value for money. The table was dressed well with hats and crackers and the venue was festive. The portions were great and food tasty. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Sarah for looking after us and bringing out all the food in great time. And to Lily for helping us with sorting the bill and wrapping up our lunch. Thank you all.

   Had a brilliant time at O’Neills on Saturday with friends doing the bottomless darts package. The atmosphere was great, and the experience was made even better by our host, Daria. She was an excellent hostess and made sure we were really well looked after throughout. As soon as we switched the green light on for service, she was there almost instantly, sometimes before the next dart even hit the board! Friendly, attentive, and professional service that really made the day. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back.

   Very much enjoyed a quiet pint here - 21/08. The happy hour prices were very reasonable e.g. £3.90 for a Madri. Polite, friendly service. Clean, spacious premises.

   Good city pub, with a great range of beers, staff friendly even though under pressure. Very busy, atmosphere was amazing. Food was available, but I didn't have anything to eat, so I'm not in a position to comment. I would return without hesitation next time I'm in the vicinity.

   Food, drinks and service was quality, special shout out to Dominique, Andy and Sarah among the other staff who were very very friendly and polite! Would recommend this venue more than most for entertainment and just an all round great experience. Match days are always a great atmosphere before and after the games (regardless of the result) and the entertainment through the week such as karaoke and live music make for a very pleasant and fun place to be.

   My very first experience at O'Neills a few months ago were fantastic. We were so pleasantly surprised as the breakfast was fantastic! The veg options were good and the French toast with maple syrup was the best! I went back a few times afterwards for breakfasts but always missed it. Finally, I got there on time this Sunday 10th. It was AWFUL! The bartender had the enthusiasm of a mushroom and seemed very uncomfortable with customer service. Firstly, there were issues ordering the french toast, the milk was out of date so had to wait for someone to get some before I got my tea, they weren't aware of what kind if milk they use. There were 2 tables with customers. Just two so didn't understand all the confusion. The supervisor was brilliant...she was very friendly and helpful and apologised for it all. The food was the worse. Nothing like the first time. I asked for my eggs done, but husbands was nearly burnt...food looked just awful. I was shocked. I was so disappointed. I was dreaming of that French toast for weeks and I was so so disappointed. Not again for me.
