   Very expensive pub for drinks with very cheap inside appearance. Run down. On a Friday night after 9pm only 4 people in the bar. 2 glasses from previous drinkers left on the table throughout our visit while the bar tender woman sat vapeing inside the premises not far from where we sat! Won't be back....not re commended at all!

   First time visit for nearly 40yrs!! Not quite in the style of the old pub but in the same location opposite the Civic Centre. It has space upstairs for live bands to perform, the main bar is downstairs & there is covered seating outside. The bar has a massive Saints FC theme & is frequented by many fans before & after games, also handy to have a beer or two before or after a gig in the Guildhall. Us oldies used to frequent this establishment before & after games back in the day, so it was great to return. Usual beers & ales for sale, a definite recommendation even if you’re not a football fan.
