As soon as I saw they were taking NHS patients again I booked for next day as I had an emergency just before Xmas. They put me at ease, walked me through what they were doing and next steps for the new year. Great experience, glad I got to sign up with them.
I always find all staff very polte and friendly, and my latest visit was no different. The receptionists were very polite and friendly, and so was the dentist I saw. She explained everything to me, and was very nice. She read all of my notes before starting, and took note that I can't lay flat due to back problems..
Always amazing, can’t fault anything. Receptionists are clear and polite, calls and texts and email reminders about appointments are great. Staff and dentist is so kind and efficient really highly valued by my whole family. As a child I would be worried to go to the dentist now I have no worries and gladly go.
I.had to have 3 teeth removed today which I was absolutely terrified going in to the point tearful. The dentist reassured me I would be okay and the dental nurse gave me a hand to hold on to reassuring me everything was okay and it was. My mouth is sore but I received great service second to none.
I attended an emergency dental appointment through NHS 111 because I was experiencing strong pain and swelling around my back tooth. Unfortunately, the dentist saw me for less than 30 seconds, and the whole appointment felt very rushed. I didn’t feel properly examined, listened to, or given enough time to explain my symptoms. Considering the level of pain I was in, I expected a more thorough check-up and some clear guidance. I left the clinic feeling unsure and still worried about my tooth. Despite the visible inflammation and discomfort, I left the clinic without a clear explanation of what was happening or what treatment I needed. I expected at least a thorough inspection and guidance, especially given that this was an emergency appointment arranged through NHS 111. I hope future patients in genuine pain are given more time, proper assessment, and reassurance during their visits.
I went here for an emergency and examination appointment. Had my fillings and sealant restorations done. Staff were really friendly and professional. Dentist and nurse explained before continuing any treatment. Now a days I prefer this practice over other's around this area. Highly recommend!
Friendly, professional, efficient and effective service provided by this dental practice. I have now been attending for a few years and have always been kept informed of appointments and stages of treatments. The dentist always makes me feel welcome and explains options available to me, involving me in choices and decisions. I would highly recommend this practice.
Very friendly and professional staff, made me feel welcomed and comfortable moment I stepped in. Did not have to wait long to get seen and got my teeth checked up and had them cleaned. No pain while getting it done. Would highly recommend.
I have been seen few times by Dr. Pambrita Limbu and I cannot praise her enough for her work , dedication and doing her best on all my visits to the Dental Practice. All staff are really lovely and try to help patients as much as possible. Really good dental practice!
Was sent here from 111 for an emergency appointment with lower wisdom tooth pain. Was sat in a chair quick look then just passed off with some half excuse of why they can't refer me to a waiting list to be seen by a specialist. Wasn't even offered prescription painkillers. Diabolical service and a waste of time taken out of a work day.
