I have always been extremely scared of the dentist, but the team at Dental Academy have been absolutely fantastic from the very start and made me feel completely at ease. After my initial visit, they advised that I should see the hygienist, something that really worried me. That’s when I met Priya, who is quite simply brilliant. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and most importantly ensured I was completely comfortable and felt no pain at all. Thanks to Priya, I now have no anxiety about dental visits and happily see her four times a year. A big shout-out as well to Christine on reception, who is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. The whole practice is professional, caring and supportive. I genuinely can’t recommend Dental Academy highly enough.
I chose Academy Dental to carry out my Invisalign treatment and I cannot recommend the service and the Team enough. Dr Ritcha Gobin led the treatment and was fantastic throughout, making herself available at short notice in the first few weeks to tweek the treatment and handle any concerns. We had regular check in's every 2 weeks throughout the 30 week treatment and everything was handled swiftly and professionally throughout. The management and reception team were also excellent and very much make their patients feel like regular clients.
I have had 4 caps replaced, the two long appointments with Dr Ritcha Gobin and dental nurse Sharon were very good experiences. I had no discomfort or pain. At all stages Ritcha explained the process and what she was doing. Both of them were very reassuring; regularly checking that I was comfortable. I am very pleased with my new teeth, they are an excellent match and very comfortable.
Really lovely dentist, I came for an Invisalign consultation on an open day and they did a detailed scan of my teeth and gave me honest treatment options, without hard selling anything. Highly recommend :)
Went to the Academy dental care dentist today. My son was having problems with his wisdom teeth and a clicking jaw. Nurse - Inmati was lovely very calming. The dentist was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.
Couldn’t recommend this dentist enough. As soon as you walk through the door, everyone is so lovely and welcoming. I have always been nervous about the dentist and after seeing Dr Mariya Rana I couldn’t feel anymore at ease. She spoke me through everything and was always checking how I was feeling throughout the treatment. Very happy!
Great dentist! I am a nervous patient, really don't enjoying visiting the dentist, but needed an urgent appointment due to a wisdom tooth. The process of booking the appointment was really smooth, professional and the lady Christine who I spoke with was lovely. The practice is modern, quiet and clean. The dentist I had was Dr Matharu, and he was brilliant, as the the nurse. He explained everything in detail, was chatty and knowledgeable. I am returning for further treatments with no fear, and have also recommended the practice to my husband and others.
