Today i visited Artium Dentist, and my hygienist was Jane Golightly. I was quite a nervous patient, but she was so kind and reassuring that she made me feel completely at ease. She encouraged me throughout the appointment and was truly professional. I came home feeling happy and grateful. Thank you for the excellent service!
Such a lovely practice, everyone is so kind and welcoming from reception to treatment! A special thankyou to Dr Ahmed Al-Baiyaa and his Nurse Sushma who were above and beyond with my treatments. Every visit, they took my allergies seriously, special ordered medications, kept me safe and did fantastic dental work. Most importantly they were kind and empathic throughout and I have never had such lovely treatment - Thankyou so much I really appreciated it, a patient for life!
All the staff are super friendly and helpful! I joined the practice around 2 years ago when I had to have a tooth removed and I’m a very nervous patient. Matt and the team were super helpful and got my tooth out with no pain whatsoever. I was super impressed and relieved! Won’t go anywhere else now.
Went in as a non patient for an emergency extraction. I cannot explain how much comfort that matt and his team have brought me no more worrying about infections and no more pain. They put me completely at ease and went out of their way to make the procedure as easy as possible. Glad to say im now a patient and I'm also no longer scared of the dentist.
Really great exp with both Matt and Jane. Very reassuring and gentle. Great with nervous patients. Jane the hygienist was so gentle and my guns didn't feel sore after as they normally do (with other hygienists) highly recommend.
Had to write a review about my amazing experience of having an emergency dentist appointment with Matt today! Nowhere else seemed to be open as it’s between Christmas and new year. I called in desperation due to wisdom tooth problems at 9am and by 1.30pm I was back home with one less wisdom tooth. I am needle phobic and Matt dealt with it amazingly and I will definitely be switching to Atrium dental from now on. Thanks so much Matt and to the lovely receptionist whose name I didn’t catch but was also really kind and supportive of me in a time of need.
Very professional and friendly service in well equipped spacious surgery. Minimum of fuss (and pain!) from Matt, Jane and their staff. As well as excellent treatment I was given plenty of advise for my ongoing dental care.
I can’t recommend Jane Golightly (Hygienist) enough. I was incredibly nervous due to a bad previous experience and I couldn’t have asked for a better service from Jane. She was incredibly attentive and made the experience as painless as possible. I have already recommended her to 2 people and hope to be able to use her for years to come. 10/10 service and absolutely delightful lady!
