This is not my registered dentist but I needed an urgent hygienist appointment for my daughter, Samreen at reception was very helpful and managed to find an appointment to suit us. On the day we were seen on time by Sana, as well as doing a good job she advised my daughter how to brush better and was helpful overall. Cost was very impressive, considerably cheaper than others in the area.
Everyone here is so professional and helpful — from the friendly staff at reception to all the dentists and nurses. A special thank-you to Dr. Aidan, and nurse Rasna who was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough throughout my visit. I always feel well cared for and confident that I’m in great hands. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

My wife & I recently changed dentist & have just had our first dentist appointments, although I have seen Jo, my hygienist, for a couple of years. I cannot express how pleased we are to have Sana Bashir looking after us, as our dentist. She was excellent, very professional, efficient & discussed the results of our check ups very clearly. A lovely, friendly person who made us feel very comfortable & confident in her. I must also praise the team on reception, who are a very professional, friendly & efficient. Last but by no means least, I have been seeing my friendly hygienist, Jo, for the last couple of years & she does an excellent job in looking after my teeth. All in all, an excellent dental surgery & we are so pleased we moved across. Highly recommended.

I’ve been a BDC patient for over 15 years. Sharmila is an excellent dentist who has provided me with friendly, routine and complex specialist dental care and treatments. The whole BDC team are friendly, efficient and communicate well through the whole treatment process.
Great staff. And Aiden the dentist was fantastic. I had a tooth removed that turned to be a bigger job. I was terrified and shaking. Aiden checked on continuously and reassured me throughout making my horrific experience a much kinder and nicer one considering my situation. I very happy I put my trust in him. i have tourette’s syndrome and have been trying to find a dentist that is understanding with regard to tics. These guys were the only ones to talk to me like i was human. I’ve not even been for my appointment yet but i feel less stressed already. I’m terrified to go but it makes a big difference when you are made to feel understood. My appointment is next wednesday… will be my first time in about ten years… my last experience at a dentist was horrific. Thank you for helping me take the first step.
From the registration process to my initial consultation, subsequent dental treatments and hygienist appointments I have had a truly 5-star experience with Berkshire Dental Clinic. Every member of staff that I’ve met have been efficient, friendly, and welcoming to new members. Through several appointments my dentist Aidan in particular has always been willing to take the time to make me feel at ease and answer my many questions. He is a credit to the practice. Like many I have had unpleasant experiences in the past, but I now have faith that there are good practices and dentists out there. I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone.
