   I have been seeing Lucy for a number of years. I can’t speak highly enough about her and the team. She is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She puts you at ease and explains clearly what she is doing and why. She is always honest about the condition of the teeth and gums and suggests ways and products that will make the percentage score reduce. She is fantastic and I am grateful to have such an outstanding service from her and the team.

   All staff are friendly, polite and professional. Dr Deepak Mohal is my dentist and is always very mindful of my dental phobia and physical issues of sitting in the chair for check-up's or treatment. I have also found the cost to be very competitive and reasonable for a private practise. There is absolutely no way they would advise unnecessary dental work and I feel very confident they always look after my dental health appropriately. I would highly recommend this dental surgery.

I was lucky enough to be treated by Dr. Mohal, who is an extremely talented dentist that clearly operates at the highest level.    I had Invisalign to straighten my teeth with Sandeep at Confidental. He’s done such a great job at giving me natural, straighter and whiter smile. He was professional, informative and didn’t mind me asking lots of questions at the start. Appointments were easy to get, all the staff were very friendly and equipment and practice looked modern and well kept. I would recommend getting Invisalign here and I’m happy with the results.

   What an amazing practice. I suffer with massive anxiety when it comes to the dentists. For many years this has affected me but at Confidental they have been so polite and helpful, my dentist Deepak understood my nervousness and has been very patient with me and has helped to calm me done and gain trust in him. I had my second treatment without having to be sedated, thank you so much to him and the team and for provide such a first class service. I could not recommend them enough and so pleased I have them as my dentist.

   I had my final appointment at Confidental yesterday, having moved 100 miles away. On the way home I was reflecting on how brilliant they have been. Over the years I have seen every dentist and hygienist - all equally great. The most amazing thing, for me, having had a few crowns, is that they can manufacture crowns on the premises and have you in and out in one visit. Always on time, always really considerate and kind.    I had been visiting this dental practice for a while. I had damaged and chipped teeth that I feel could have been more adequately prevented from further damage than they were. Following a check up two crowns fell out so I consulted the dentist again. I was given one expensive option and he didn’t even offer a temporary repair to the crowns. To have two missing front teeth is not easy for anyone, let alone a woman. I felt deflated and depressed after my visit. I then consulted another private dentist who asked me what I wanted to achieve and offered me a number of options so I could choose a solution to suit my budget. I now have great teeth and feel confident to smile naturally. I paid exactly half of what Confidental had quoted me. I feel that Confidental aren’t that interested in what the customers wants but are cynically about making money.

   I am someone who for the past 10 years has been going to the dentist and hygienist regularly, as I like to keep my teeth in good condition. I recently moved house in to the local area and signed up with Confidental. Having recently done my first check up appointment and first hygienist appointment, I can say that without a doubt, Confidental Practice is the best dentist I have ever been a patient of. From the first initial call with the delightful receptionist Katie, everything was absolutely brilliant. The process was very clearly explained to me, the sign up and forms process is slick - all done through technology and online forms - they have a private car park so arriving is not stressful with having to find parking, the actual practice is beautiful and modern and kept immaculately clean. The ladies on reception are fabulous, huge smiles as though they are delighted to see you every time you come in, so super friendly and engaging with the patients. My dentist was Doctor Bali Dhaliwal and my dental nurse was Katy. They were both brilliant, making me super comfortable, explaining everything they were doing and chatting away to me; first time I have ever had a female dentist, so great to see the diversity in the practice. I then had Katrina as my hygienist and again, really thorough, really gentle and so, so nice. Everyone talked a lot about preventative treatments and taking measures to avoid expensive treatment in the future which is really good to see and from the first moment you enter, you feel you can trust them all because of the environment they create. Final note, the technology is brilliant; lots of screens so you can see what is going on whilst it is happening and they have really invested in to the patient experience. In addition, whilst the screens are not in use, they use them to display their practice values, which they appear to live and breathe through the way they interact with people. Highly, highly recommended. Would not go anywhere else now I have seen the precedent that has been sent my Confidental. Thank you everyone!

   Extremely painful tooth out of hours, my own dentist wasn't available so a quick Google search and look at the reviews and I contacted Confidental in the hope they would be able to assist. All I can say is what an excellent experience! From the point of making a call, reception quickly arranged for me to be seen and I was in the chair within 15 minutes and the troublesome tooth extracted 10 minutes later. The whole operation was a slick as a F1 pit crew, everything was explained clearly and Sandeep and his team really made me feel at ease during the whole process. Many thanks for saving me from a sleepless and painful night!
