I always find the team here very pleasant and helpful. Always responds promptly to my email queries or advice and information needed. My dentist is always helpful and gives advice where needed. If I have a concern and message the dentist, he will always come back to me with advice. Not having liked dentists in past being of a nervous disposition, coming here seeing my dentist has changed this and I feel calmer about going. I would not hesitate recommending the Cedar Clinic to anyone. I have also transferred my son here too and he feels better about visiting the dentist now, this is due to the kind friendly dentist we have who understands how we feel. Cannot thank them enough. You will not be disappointed coming here.
I am very nervous about going to the dentist and have very bad teeth. I always worry a lot and put off making an appointment. But when I finally go and see Dr Jessica Park I calm down quickly. She has such a calming influence and I always leave feeling better. She is a real gem.
Botch job. I am left with permanent discomfort and disfigurement after I came here for some minor changes to my teeth. From the moment I had the braces placed, I said they were uncomfortable but was told to keep them and persist. The orthodontist didn't listen to me. I was just told (even after the multi-years long ordeal) to just not eat a lot of types of food and only drink water. The staff were rude. Multiple times they tried to change my appointment last minute (same day), for their own light convenience, and were grumpy when I couldn't. For all but 1 of my appointments I arrived on time and they were late every single time. The 1 time I was 1 minute over, they didn't see me and I had to reschedule. The reviews here seem fake as they had less than 10 and now suddenly hundreds. They pressure clients into writing a review here, they ask everyone to write one. They didn't solve my issue and ignored my latest email. I would avoid getting braces here as you will be put in like a product on a conveyor belt and your individual situation won't be considered. I am left with permanent discomfort due to position of teeth, and also it affected my face especially the position where my teeth have been pushed into. It all could have been avoided if I was listened to and I had the braces off after the first week or month.
The environment is very smart and presentable and a few yards from a car park. The treatment I was given was very professional, caring and attentive to my needs. The follow-up review was the same.
Speaking as a nervous patient I would highly recommend The Cedar Clinic. Pedro and his team put me at my ease, did a great job (so far!) and at an affordable price. What more could you ask?

I’m quite a nervous patient but have had to have some extensive periodontal work on my gums at the Cedar Clinic. My Peridontist understood my anxiety about dental work, explained the process and was very honest that it was an “intense” procedure which over time, I will have to have 4 times to do 4 different areas of concern. She was very calming, allowed me to do what I needed to relax during the process (listen to a podcast/ book) and checked in with me throughout the 3+ hours to make sure I was ok and didn’t need a break. Since the procedure, she has called twice in one week to check how it feels and how it is healing and I now have total trust in her to do the same 3 procedures when the time arises. I couldn’t recommend the Cedar Clinic and the Peridontal service more highly.
After many, many years of stress, panic attacks and dreading dental appointments. It was such an amazing experience to attend the Cedar Dental Clinic. From the receptionist that I initially spoke to and who listened as I explained my anxieties, reassuring me throughout. To my meeting Pedro and the Nurse who was so understanding and was to reassuring. My appointment was, under sedation and dealt with the immediate problems. Today I have again visited to talk through a treatment plan in an atmosphere of patience, calmness and reassurance. It is so good to have a practice who listen to my anxieties, take the time to talk me through procedures while all the time reassuring and being compassionate while remaining professional. My sincere thanks to all concerned.
I have a severe dental phobia. All the staff are so very understanding and do their best to ensure that I am as OK as I can be. They go out of their way to fix bookings to suit myself and my required escort. They make what to me is a horrific experience into something tolerable which enables me to continue to keep my previously neglected teeth for as long as possible. I am so very grateful to them all.
