   The level of patient care and the welcoming friendly staff at The Elms Dental Practice in Reading is excellent. For the past fifteen years I have been a patient under the care of Dr Barot. During this time I have required various dental treatments including a complicated dental implant. I have found Dr Barot's experience, skills, knowledge and care to be exceptional.

   I had a very positive experience during my appointment with Nilam. From the moment the appointment started, she took the time to explain every step of the process, which made me feel completely at ease. She was very thorough and checked carefully for any sensitivity, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I also really appreciated the helpful advice she gave me. Overall, it was a professional and reassuring visit - I couldn’t have asked for better care. Highly recommend!

   I recently had my Invisalign fitting appointment with Dr Barot at Elms Dental, and the whole experience was fantastic. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive. Even while I was waiting, they made sure I was comfortable and offered refreshments. Throughout the appointment, Dr Barot and his team were incredibly patient, thorough, and reassuring. They guided me through every step, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what was happening. I felt fully informed and looked after the entire time. Dr Barot’s passion really shows. He made me feel like the only patient in the practice, and that level of care means a lot. I’m genuinely very satisfied with every part of the visit and excited to have started my Invisalign journey. Thank you to the whole team at Elms Dental. Your support truly hasn’t gone unnoticed.

   Absolutely lovely practice. Raj is awesome. Dreading the cost of what needs to be done but he’s so transparent and shows you both the X-rays and photos of the issues so you can see where the problem is. Can’t fault the practice at all and so glad I took a chance on them.

   Like this dental practice but their cancellation policy is ridiculous. I had to wait a month to get an appointment and then they wanted to charge me full price for the appointment. They should take a deposit, or my card details instead, then if I don't show up, they can charge me. But to take £65 for a service I haven't even received yet is ridiculous. Not even top venues do that!

   Just visited the Elms Dental Practice with fear and trepidation as an extremely nervous patient. Saw Jat Bachu for a check up fully expecting to have a tooth removed but he managed to save it with a filling. Such kindness to reassure me. Have been a patient here for many years wouldn’t go anywhere else a brilliant practice. Many thanks

   Highly highly recommended this dental surgery, I do not have one bad thing to say about it. The staff are all so lovely and friendly, the communication is great and they always look after you. Appointments are always on time and scheduled conveniently. Particular thank you goes to Dr Panesar did an excellent job fixing my broken teeth last year - phoned them in the morning as a new patient in need of some help and by the end of the day my teeth were being seen to! Now they look good as new and I am very happy with them. If you're looking for a high quality, friendly and professional surgery, this is the place. Thanks to the team at The Elms! :)

   Three generations of my family go to this practice and we cannot speak highly enough of Dr Barot and the rest of the staff. The support staff are all friendly & helpful. They do what they can to fit you in at a time to suit you where possible. They're very approachable & understanding on the occasions when day to day life gets in the way of a scheduled appointment. Dr Barot & his dental team are friendly & professional. They talk you through each appointment highlighting issues & clearly explaining the options available enabling you to make the right decision. If there is a dental emergency they are quick to fit you in to take a look, and very thorough in terms of seeing an issue through to the end. We are very happy with the technical skill demonstrated and would highly recommend this dental practice.
