We visited toytown a few days ago and the blonde lady serving us was really lovely. She helped us get the thing we needed and was really informative about other products, I would definitely recommend giving this store a visit!
Staff was super kind and helpful told me that if I need anything from stock to come at weekdays and the manager will be there to help. This is a 5 star store every thing I need for my collection there 100% recommend
Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Great selection of toys and books at reasonable prices. They saved us a long walk to another store. Why were we the only 2 customers in the shop? PLEASE EVERYONE SUPPORT THE CITY CENTRE SHOPS. ESPECIALLY TOYTOWN!
Toytown today for a quick look. Ended up with some hotwheels & some Funko Pops. Debbie as always is so helpful & today I met Joy too. Makes shopping an absolute pleasure. Thank you both!!

So you try and support locally and actually go into shops instead of buying online. I was excited to find this toyshop today with my son..........needn't have been! A female member of staff barged through us (near barrelled my 6 year old over!) whilst we were looking at something on a shelf. Whilst at the til (around £60 worth of purchases just paid for) I enquired if wooden railway track / cranky crane could be ordered in for us (they only have a smal selection of plastic Thomas train sets / characters in the shop) as a 'special customer order / request'. She said I can take your name and number and ask my manager but it's unlikely we'll get any wooden track, etc in!!! I mean what's the point! Lol! OK, guess I'll order online then! Such a shame. Won't be going back

My 18 month old toddler was sitting on one of those ride along toys, then this lady came up to us and snappily said “if you’re not planning to buy that you’re not allowed to play with that.” As I was carrying my son away from the toy she just stood there waiting for me until we were actually done, as if she did not trust that I would leave. We felt very unwelcome and immediately left the shop. Very strange that the toys are not allowed to be played with in a toy shop, maybe they should change it to a museum instead.
Very rude and obnoxious staff member. I don't know the name of the weighty older lady but I know that she was very loudly speaking. She wasnt polite at all and make us feel unwelcome by shouting at my wife when she asked for a bag to carry a purchased toys. Please train your staff members for better customer vs seller relations as there is still long way to go.
